I adopted Willow 4 years ago as a kitten from my local humane society. She is a sweet cat. She is house trained and is an inside cat. She is super low key and easy. But she is timid of loud or unexpected sounds or movements. She will cuddle next to you and lay on you. Shes just very cautious. Having her in a quiet house would be ideal for her. She doesn't meow a lot and has the sweetest softest meow when she does. Her fur is so soft like a rabbit. She's super low key and easy. She doesn't go on my counters and doesn't tear up any furniture. She uses her cat box always. She's a great cat, so sweet. I have never re-homed an animal, so this is was a hard decision. I need to do what's best for her and that would be at a calmer house.

We have had Whisper for 4 years now. Abandoned by her mother as a kitten, my brother found her and asked if I was interested in taking her. Especially since he took two of the other strays. Whisper has grown into a mature cat with specific quirks (well this being my first cat I don't know if this is a quirk or not). Each morning Whisper meets me at my bedroom door. Waiting for me to open the door so she can go into the shower area and lick up the water. She then proceeds to lay on my bed where she stays most of the day. When I get home, promptly at 7 pm she will move me to her food, giving me the hint to feed her. She is very affectionate but quick to know when we (my sons (ages 17 and 19)) have had enough. Because of our busy schedules and the fact that she does need more attention we are seeking to rehome her. She is an awesome cat. She likes smelling things and is afraid of the vacuum. I have to admit she will make someone a good pet.

Thomas was abandoned as a kitten with his mother, and 2 siblings. When he was found, Thomas couldn’t move his back legs. He was evaluated by UC Davis Neurology and they stated that he has no voluntary movements in his hind limbs and no sensation. We drain his bladder 3 times a day. Athena was abandoned out by Antioch California with her four kittens. She was attacked by a coyote and two of her kittens were taken by the coyotes. It took a week for a kind person to rescue Athena and her two kittens that survived. Athena was taken to our local shelter and her left eye was removed and she was spayed and up-to-date with all of her shots. She recovered at the shelter for a month and then the rescuer took her backand we took her into our sanctuary. She is friendly, but can be reactive and feisty. I'm looking for a new home for the most human friendly cat in the entire world, Loki. He is approximately 4 years old and the most cuddly, soft, and gentle soul. Unfortunately, he needs to be in a single cat household as he has issues with my other cat. He is great with kids and is friendly or neutral to dogs. He is truly the most sweet cat I've ever had and it breaks my heart, but he does require a home with no other cats. Loki is a lounger couch potato and is chill hanging out. He adores sees lights and will happily chase reflections. He loves to be in your lap or near you and loves to bury his head in your arm. He has had crystals in his urine and is on a vet approved urinary dry food. If you are interested in providing a safe and warm home, please reach out.
