Story
Majora was my first pet ever. Almost 10 years old now, and shares a birthday with her daddy on July 22nd. Majora is the queen bee of the house. She is the stereotypical cat that will do what she want, when she wants. She chooses when you can pet her, but when she does she's all over you. Very affectionate kitty and very calm. You will 100% love having her in your home, she's good with every animal except other cats, as well as children!

Story
Fi was rescued from an abusive home, and has been a jumpy anxious cat ever since. She loves being pet, but only on the head! Doesn't like body pets at all! Almost 10 years old on August 22! She is a dainty, sweet and loving cat. She will take some time to get to love you at first, but will eventually become your baby. Not good around other animals, but ok around humans. Children should be weary when petting her that she only likes head pets, but other then that she is fine! Fi is very affectionate and will always choose to come lay on your chest when you sit or lay down. Due to circumstances out of my control I have to rehome my pets, if I could keep them i would. Thank you for taking the time to read. Please consider my babies for your home, you will be happy you did. Thank you so much

Story
Bandit is a good cat that would be a perfect fit for a home with only adults. He does seem to gravitate more to males than females. But a home with adults is better than kids. Wants to cuddle at night and is trained for a littler box. Eats science diet cat food. Only 1 year of age still a young cat. He’s a free cat no need to pay. Just want a better home for him to be the cat he can be not in a home with kids he doesn’t pay well with.

Story
This Tabico kitty, a charming mix of tabby and calico, is a shy little soul with a soft, patchwork coat of orange, gray, and white. Her large, watchful eyes hint at a curious and thoughtful personality. While initially timid, she has a gentle heart that blossoms with patience and care. Once she feels secure, she enjoys quiet, tender moments, often seeking out a cozy nook to curl up in. With time and understanding, she’ll reveal her sweet and affectionate side, making her a deeply rewarding companion.

Story
Due to technical issues with some adoption sites, please email us directly at info@sheltertohome.com to inquire about adopting or to ask questions. Please include the animal's name in the email. What can I say I'm a beautiful sleek silky black Diva. I'm hoping to find a furever home with a kitten or cat buddy. I love all my foster friends. I even live among dogs. I'm looking for a special family. I am very shy. My foster mom keeps saying I've come a long way. I was a very frightened kitten when she took me in. It took me several months to warm up to her. I still don't like being picked up but I do like my scratches and lots of petting. I would need a room to hang out in until I got adjusted to my new digs. I love my treats and my laser toy. Hope to meet you soon!**All Shelter to Home animals are fully vetted per their age. We believe in pediatric spay and neuter. All animals will be spayed or neutered, tested for FIV/FeLV or heartworm, given age-appropriate boosters and rabies, dewormed, flea treated, and anything extra that is needed to give this animal a wonderful forever life in a permanent home. Adoption fees are usually $50 for cats and between $150-$250 for dogs, unless the pet is sponsored or we are running a promotion. Please visit our website at sheltertohome.com for information on our adoption process.**November 5, 2024, 10:11 am

Story
Templeton and his brother were taken from an especially rough hoarding situation. Police intervened and all animals were extracted. It took a while for Templeton to overcome his fear of being hurt, but he did it! And is he ever a silly boy! If you want to know more about this cat, email us here: wacvolunteers@gmail.com! * AGE: 2 years old * TEMPERAMENT: Lap cat, would be ok as a solitary or with another mild cat * Why are they at the shelter? Rescued by police * Any Health issues? None known but can be nervous in hectic surroundings * How are they with other cats? Dogs? Good but needs to be with gentle animals * Volunteer Comments?
