Tank is such a special cat and his next home will be so lucky to have him. Tank is currently 9 years old and was adopted from a shelter and kept on a farm. The original adopters had asked me to take him, as their environment was becoming dangerous for Tank. Tank has been THE BEST indoor cat,and quickly befriended our 4-year-old border collie. Recently our living situation has changed and we simply do not have the time to dedicate to Tank what he deserves. He is a goofy cat, and deserves a stable home environment with lots of snuggles and attention. He quickly partnered up with our dog and I believe he could learn to love another dog who likes cats. He is a declawed, spayed, and loves people. While he is a little chubby at 17lbs, this makes for the perfect cuddler. You may catch him hanging around belly up once he gets comfortable.

Handsome Cricket is a gray and black tabby with a story that reminds us just how resilient—and loving—cats can be. About six years old, Cricket showed up skinny and hungry on someone’s porch, hoping for kindness. He found it, but when he didn’t gain weight despite eating well, his new friends grew concerned. Luckily, Cricket sought help from exactly the right people: their mom and dad, who happen to run The Pet Connection in Beloit, Kansas! A veterinary exam revealed that Cricket has an autoimmune condition called stomatitis, which causes inflammation in his mouth and gums. Some of his teeth have already been pulled, and he may need more dental care in the future. Because his mouth can be sore, he’s sometimes a little picky about food—but he’s feeling so much better now that he’s getting the care he needs. What stands out most about Cricket isn’t his condition—it’s his heart. He’s incredibly affectionate and loves everyone he meets. Anna is a super sweet, chunky gal. She's also an amazing snuggler who adores her people. She'll follow you around everywhere--to the kitchen so she can watch you cook, to the laundry room to supervise your laundry skills--and when she's bored with you, Anna takes a little break on her perch by the window for a little cute time. As for sleeping arrangements, Anna will sleep with you, or more precisely, *on you* if you'd like. But if you'd prefer, she's just fine with a spot next to you on the bed. She's young, only about two years old, and great with other cats. We aren't sure about dogs or kids, as she hasn't been exposed to them in her current foster home. Anna's a gem. Bucky is an amazing cat, the only issue he has is he has to be an only cat unless the other ones is also Feline Leukemia positive. Sad for this guy, he really deserves his own family, he a GREAT CAT!
