My dad passed away unexpectedly in July 2025. This was one of his three cats. Cocoa is a sweet and loving cat. He loves attention and loves to cuddle. I am moving and cannot take him with me. That is the only reason I need to rehome him. He is a perfect cat and needs a good home! I think he is 6 or 7 but am not positive as I do not have any paperwork for him.

I found this little guy outside the apartment when he was just a tiny kitten, and I’ve been taking care of him ever since. He’s a year old now and has been my greatest emotional support. He’s always there when I need comfort. He’s affectionate, gentle, and incredibly emotionally aware—if you’re feeling sad, he’ll come sit by your side and just be there for you. He makes biscuits when he’s happy and responds to his name.He’s fully litter-trained, vaccinated, and super friendly with visitors. He loves cuddling, lounging in the sun, sitting on the balcony, and scratching his towers. He especially loves boiled chicken, and he’s completely non-aggressive.He’s such a loving, loyal cat and I hope he can find a forever home where he’ll be cared for and will give unconditional love in return. He truly has a big heart and will be the sweetest companion to anyone lucky enough to adopt him. August was only 2 days old when he became the only survivor of his litter after being abandoned by his mother in temperatures above 110 degrees. He had a rough start, but he grew to become a fearless, curious, fun little rascal. He can be walked with a harness and loves playing with toys. He is independent, but still enjoys cuddles. Hi everyone, this is really hard for me to write. I’m looking to rehome my sweet cat, and this decision has not come easily. She is an incredibly loving, gentle, and tolerant cat—she’s been amazing with my three young, often rowdy kids and has always been patient and sweet with them. She truly has a wonderful personality and enjoys being around people. Over the past several months, she has been dealing with ongoing health issues, including frequent vomiting (sometimes with blood) and recently going to the bathroom outside the litter box. We have taken her to the vet multiple times, run tests, and tried different foods as recommended. While there have been brief improvements, the issues continue and we haven’t been able to find a clear cause or long-term solution. With everything going on in our household, I’m struggling to keep up with her needs and maintain a clean, safe environment for my kids. As heartbreaking as this is, I believe she deserves a home best for her needs.
