Story
🩷 Rescue Story Ongal was admitted to "Jeongeup City Shelter" in very poor condition, with her coat badly matted and tangled. She spent her days clinging to the shelter environment, clearly overwhelmed. Thankfully, she was rescued before things worsened and moved into a foster home, where she has been able to recover both physically and emotionally. In a safe setting, her bright and lively personality has begun to shine. 🌿 Temperament & Behavior Ongal gets along well with other dogs and is currently living harmoniously with a Pomeranian and a Pomeranian mix. She enjoys canine companionship and would do well in a multi-dog household, especially with dogs of similar size or age. With people, she needs only a brief moment to warm up—after about ten seconds of observation, one treat is usually all it takes for her to become friendly and engaged. Her compatibility with cats has not yet been tested. 🚶 Walking & Daily Life Ongal may pull slightly on the leash at first, but her walking is easily manageable and improves quickly once boundaries are clearly communicated. She responds well to guidance and understands verbal cues. Her shedding level is moderate, around 5 out of 10. She has no food allergies and eats very well. She strongly prefers outdoor potty breaks and will often hold her bathroom needs if she doesn’t get a walk. 🏡 Habits & Training Ongal is comfortable with grooming and does well during baths and professional grooming sessions. She does not have separation anxiety and is crate trained, staying calm and relaxed even when separated in her own space. She may bark briefly when deliveries arrive, but she settles down quickly afterward. She rides well in the car and does not experience motion sickness. 💛 Likes & Personality Ongal loves tug-of-war games and enjoys running and playing with her dog friends. She does not like sudden approaches, so calm and gentle introductions are best. A home with other dogs of similar size or age would be a great match for her. She is currently living in a foster home.

📍Currently located in South Korea ✈️ Available to fly to LAX 💙 Name: Soobin 💙 Gender: Female 💙 Age: Estimated 1 year old (Born in December 2024) 💙 Weight: 3.2 kg / 7.05 lb 💙 Adogs News Account: @_adogs_ 1⃣ Health Condition * Spayed. * Microchipped, currently undergoing heartworm treatment, and fully recovered from coronavirus and giardia. 2⃣ Rescue Story * Soobin was rescued on the day Adogs was volunteering at the Gimje City Shelter to prepare for winter. At the time, an infectious disease was spreading through the shelter, and the weather was becoming increasingly cold. Realizing Soobin would not be able to survive those conditions, we urgently brought her into our care. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Can be a bit cautious around strangers, but she isn’t naturally timid. Once she gets used to someone, she is likely to open up quickly. * With Dogs: Tends to bark warily when she sees other dogs moving in front of her. * With Cats: Has not been introduced to them yet. * Separation Anxiety: Difficult to determine at this time as she is currently living in a group setting at our center. * Potty Training: Since she lives at our center, she currently only relieves herself outdoors. * Hygiene: Her reaction is unknown as she has not had much experience with professional grooming yet. * Walks: Due to her ongoing heartworm treatment, her walks are strictly restricted, so her leash manners are yet to be determined. * Car Sickness: Hasn't had enough experience in cars to determine if she gets motion sickness. * Has shown no signs of biting or mouthing. * Barks sensitively at the movements of other dogs, but this may be due to the unfamiliar environment. We are continuing to monitor her. * Loves treats! Even if she is feeling a bit shy about being touched, she will still accept treats from your hand.

Story
Rocky is a very sweet young dog rescued from an abusive home. Rocky's owner used to shock him with a shock collar just for fun. On top of that, he was extremely underweight. When family members saw the abuse, they contacted rescue for help. They were able to get the owner to surrender Rocky, but will not testify or file a complaint against their family member. We are grateful that they intervened on Rocky's behalf. Rocky is safely in one of our best foster homes. He has been examined by our vet, vaccinated, neutered and chipped. He has been gainig weight, and has blossomed into a happy loving little dog. Rocky needs time to get to know new people and situations, so would not be good in an active home with a lot of visitors or small children. Once Rocky feels safe, he is extremely loving and devoted. He's very smart and sweet. Rocky's ideal home would be with a single adult female, preferably someone who works from home or is retired. He has a lot of love to give and just needs time to decompress. If you'd like get a lot of doggie love, can you be Rocky's hero? He's about 1 1/2 yrs old, and healthy. We're adopting out to the Southern California area. If you'd like to meet Rocky, please complete our adoption application found on dexterfoundation.com If you're not a good match, can you share Rocky's story?

Story
Murphy is a playful, loving boy who just needs a little patience to shine. Rescued from the South LA shelter, this sweet pup sometimes gets overlooked because he’s shy around new people — but once he feels safe, his goofy, affectionate personality comes out in full. Murphy isn’t big on being held, but he’s the perfect couch companion who loves to snuggle up by your side. He’s ready to find a forever home with someone who will give him the time and love he needs to truly blossom.

This is a courtesy posting, if interested Zoe please email lamontia@earthlink.net. Zoe is currently located in Orange County. Please note Miniature Schnauzers & Friends Rescue bears no responsibility for any adoptions or contacts made through courtesy postings. Zoe - 3.5 year old female Yorkshire Terrier mix. Zoe is a sweet, affectionate who loves being close to her person and will happily follow you from room to room just to be part of whatever you're doing. She's very smart: she learned her "sit" command in just one day. Although quite mellow in general, she enjoys occasional zoomies and has adorable bursts of playful energy when she's tossing around her toys before settling in for snuggles. She is friendly with other dogs as well. Zoe is a tiny girl weighing 10 pounds. She is housebroken and knows basic obedience. Zoe was extremely matted when found and had to be shaved down, but her coat is growing back beautifully. She appears to be a non-shedder and will need regular grooming. Zoe is microchipped, spayed and up-to-date on shots. Zoe bonds deeply and quickly, and she's the kind of little dog who needs to live in a home where someone is home most of the time and enjoys having a loyal companion right by their side. She's incredibly loving, people-focused, cuddly, playful, and easy to bond with—truly a special little soul who will bring warmth and joy into your home. She is a special little soul looking for someone who wants true companionship. Meet Zoe - Your Little Shadow and Best Friend! if interested in Zoe please contact lamontia@earthlink.net. 📌 Important Adoption Information All of our dogs are currently living in private shelters or foster homes in South Korea. Once an adoption is approved, dogs will travel to the United States through legal and approved international transport procedures. Video calls are available prior to adoption, and adopters can communicate with our rescue team in real time through our official organization and app-based messaging channels throughout the process. 🩷 Rescue Story Waltz was rescued from the Busan City Shelter. After leaving the shelter environment, she transitioned into foster care, where her thoughtful and expressive personality has become more visible with time and trust. 🌿 Temperament & Behavior Waltz prefers calm and respectful interactions. She does not like dogs that rush toward her suddenly. With polite, cautious dogs, she may occasionally greet and coexist peacefully, but she is selective about canine interactions. She is generally wary of cats and is not expected to coexist comfortably with them. With children and adults, she shows no aggression or dislike. When encountering people on walks, she tends to remain neutral and uninterested rather than reactive. 🚶 Walking & Daily Life Waltz follows an outdoor-focused potty routine. If she needs to go indoors, she reliably uses the bathroom area or a pee pad placed inside the bathroom. She does not have accidents elsewhere indoors. She enjoys walks and handles daily routines calmly and predictably. 🏡 Habits & Training Waltz enjoys being petted. Although she may be shy around unfamiliar people at first, once she receives a few gentle strokes, she warms up quickly and shows her affection—making soft, happy sounds and wagging her tail. She does not prefer close sleeping contact with people. Instead, she chooses to rest near her person’s feet or, after receiving enough affection, moves to her own preferred sleeping spot. She is smart and expressive, clearly communicating her needs, such as asking for pets or play. 💛 Likes & Personality Waltz enjoys gentle affection, playing fetch, and communicating with her people in her own clear, endearing way. She is independent yet emotionally expressive, offering affection on her own terms. She is currently living in a foster home. 💙 Adoption Fee Information The adoption fee already includes all major expenses, such as: International transportation Customs and export documentation Medical care (spay surgery, vaccinations, health certificate, deworming, etc.) For this reason, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting a breakdown or negotiation of the adoption fee. Your support directly helps us continue rescuing and caring for dogs in need, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Story
❗Current Location: in a foster home in South Korea❗ Meet Haengsoon! Your Future Best Friend Haengsoon is an incredibly adaptable dog who quickly made herself at home in her foster environment. She’s the kind of dog who can just lay back and relax without a fuss. Haengsoon adores people and is full of affection, often following her human around like a little shadow. While she’s not a fan of other dogs, she’s been well-trained with basic commands like sit, stay, lie down, come, no, and paw. She’s already accustomed to wearing a harness and enjoys grooming sessions, including brushing. Haengsoon has no interest in trash or human food, so you won't have to worry about her getting into mischief. Though she does shed a bit, her potty training is flawless—she knows how to use both the bathroom and pee pads perfectly. Haengsoon absolutely loves her walks and is always excited to go outside. She’s also a quiet companion who doesn’t bark when the doorbell rings or when people come inside. However, she may occasionally bark briefly if she hears sudden noises outside the door. Haengsoon isn’t a fan of having her nails trimmed, but she doesn’t suffer from separation anxiety, making her an easy-going and independent dog.

Story
✅️Currently located in South Korea✅️ Meet Noah🤍 💙 Noah’s Account: @aki.noa.sushi 1. Health • Neutering/Spaying: Completed • Other: Microchipped; had bladder stone surgery and molar extraction. Fully blind in one eye due to cataracts. Experiences coughing when temperatures drop, requiring steroid medication if coughing occurs. Has partial hearing loss. All teeth except molars have been extracted, so he cannot eat hard treats. 2. Rescue Story • Noah was rescued from a breeding facility alongside Aji and Aki before Adogs officially formed. He was adopted, but after his adopter passed away suddenly in September 2024, Noah returned to Adogs. He is looking for a family to help him overcome his grief and begin a new chapter of life. 3. Personality & Habits • With People: Very affectionate and sweet, loves both strangers and familiar people, and often approaches first asking for pets. • With Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs, both familiar and new friends. May show cute jealousy if another dog gets attention. • Separation Anxiety: Calm when left with Aki, though Aki has separation anxiety that affects Noah. If left with another dog or person, he waits quietly. • House Training: Fully pee pad trained (100% accuracy), though he prefers pooping outdoors. He tends to pee near the edge of the pad, so surrounding it with a fence or holder is helpful. • Hygiene/Grooming: Very calm and well-behaved during baths, drying, and brushing. • Walking on Leash: Walks well on a leash without pulling and keeps pace nicely. 4. Special Notes • May bark briefly when a stranger enters the room for the first time. In the evenings, he may bark for 5 minutes normally, or 20–30 minutes if he has extra energy. • Has a strong food drive and eats quickly when excited for meals, so feeding slowly and calmly is recommended.
