Story
Meet Theodore (aka TheoDORABLE!) – Tiny Fluff. Big Brain. Huge Heart. 🐾 At just 6.5lbs and around 1.5 years old, Theo is a scruffy little Yorkie mix with a silky apricot-and-cream coat, a floofy fox tail, and the emotional depth of a romantic lead in a doggy rom-com. Once cautious and unsure, Theo has blossomed into a happy, zoomie-loving snuggle bug who chases toys, solves puzzles like a genius, and loves his squeaky rubber dinosaur. He’s the perfect mix of playful and chill—bounding through his ball pit one minute, curling up at your feet the next. Theo’s affection is soft and sweet. He loves being near his people and gives the best morning belly-up hellos you’ve ever seen. He’s making great potty progress (artificial turf is his jam), is learning basic commands, and would thrive in a calm home where someone is around most of the time. He'd love a yard to explore and a friendly dog pal to build his confidence. Theo is a sensitive soul who bonds deeply and gives his trust carefully—but once you're in, you’re IN. 🥹 *** Go to www.pawsitiverestorations.com to learn all about our dogs, watch their silly videos, read our adoption process, and to submit an adoption application. Story
🌸 Meet Nyssa! 🌸 5.5-year-old | Maltese/Shih Tzu/Pekingese mix | 10.5 lbs Nyssa is a tender-hearted, teddy bear-faced beauty who’s ready to love and be loved. Once a matted, neglected mama, she now wears a permanent smile and a silky coat of tan and black that’s finally growing in thick and gorgeous. Sweet, soulful, and gentle, Nyssa is fully potty trained, walks well on leash, loves kids (11+), and adores both men and women. She’s respectful, never jealous, and happy with or without other dogs. She’s the ultimate co-pilot—whether it’s for a stroll around the neighborhood or a quiet cuddle session on the couch. Nyssa is food-motivated and super smart—making her easy to train. She enjoys puzzles, soft beds, exploring the yard, and cozying up near your feet at night. She does best with slow intros to new dogs when out in public and needs a family who will advocate for her in new environments. She’s been an angel in her foster home and is looking for a peaceful, loving home with a fenced yard and lots of snuggles. 🩷 Grooming required every 6–8 weeks 🩷 Ongoing support for her anal glands (fiber treat daily + expression at groomer) Nyssa is more than ready for her next chapter—and it’s going to be a beautiful one. *** Go to www.pawsitiverestorations.com to learn all about our dogs, watch their silly videos, read our adoption process, and to submit an adoption application. Little Luke is a super sweet boy, who loves nothing more than to play and be with you! He is a bit shy at first but is full of cuddles and love once he gets to know you!!! He does great with other dogs in her foster home, is non reactive around cats, and is doing great with crate training. Since he is just a youngster still, he will need a family with lots of patience and willingness to work with puppy training to help him become the best canine citizen he can be!

Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog’s individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with time and a gentle approach, most of these dogs adapt quickly. Being a part of their rehabilitation is incredibly rewarding. To learn more about our dogs and start the adoption process, visit our website.
