Duke will be 6 in January. He's a very cuddly boy who loves being the center of attention. His first 4 years of life were just him and dad checking out all the different places to live. In the last 2 years, his life has changed pretty drastically from being just with dad to a blended home with kids and no more moving. He's great with the kids but doesn't understand why they aren't here to constantly love on him. He's good with other dogs when it's on his terms but better without other dogs. He's very emotional and affectionate unless you are a delivery driver. With the constant rotation of people in the house... kids home then at school or other houses, or us at work, he's become very distressed. We don't want to find him a new home but our landlord and neighbors are complaining regularly and he's not happy with the chaos of our life. He needs a home that is just for him where he can cuddle with his person and know he's still a good, lovable boy.

I found Belfor (Bell) in East side Detroit while at work, he was extremely malnourished, weighed around 50 lbs with ribs showing. Took him home, fed him, vet visits showed he had heart worms and other infections from eating garbage and cuts. The plan was to adopt him out right away but he stole my heart he was so sick. As he got better he started off with our full trust. As time went on he lunged and nipped a few people visiting our home and he was found to be very overly protective. He can't be trusted around strangers who come and visit our home but out and about he seems ok. He has been quarantined in our home because of fear he will hurt someone or an animal. Im not a great dog owner just someone who had a big heart for a hurting dog. He needs a better home where someone knows how to handle and take care of such a big dog. He weighs about 100 lbs.

The gentlemen who has them is very ill and had to sell his house and he no longer can keep Kane And Abel🙏🏻💙🙏🏻. They are two very gentle souls. Kane And Abel🙏🏻💙🙏🏻 would need a fenced in yard. That is what they areused to they are crate trained, up on shots. Five years ago, I was asked to help with Kane And Abel🙏🏻💙🙏🏻. Someone was giving them away to whoever. I took them in and fell in love. I could not keep them, but I did find them a good home with the gentleman that has them now who cannot provide for them any longer. I will provide their food to whoever would adopt and love Kane And Abel🙏🏻💙🙏🏻 and give them a good home for the rest of their lives. The $100 fee will go to a rescue shelter
