A worker heard crying and went out to investigate, discovering sweet little Thunder all alone in the cold. Despite searching, no other puppies or mama could be found. Thunder was taken in by Last Day Dog Rescue and brought straight to the vet, where he received a clean bill of health. He is currently thriving in a foster home with two other dogs. While he enjoys playing with them, he’s also great at entertaining himself with toys. Thunder is a confident, well-adjusted puppy with a wonderful temperament. He received his first round of vaccinations at six weeks old and will be ready for adoption when he turns eight weeks old. Please remember that Thunder is a puppy. He is teething and loves to chew with his razor-sharp little teeth. He may nibble on hands and feet, which is normal puppy behavior. Families with young children should take this into consideration when applying. We are currently accepting adoption applications and can begin the meet-and-greet process. However, Thunder will not be ready to go to his forever home until January 28, 2026, when he is officially eight weeks old. Microchips are implanted between the animals shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification.
