His original owner has recently gotten older and is preparing to move, and sadly can no longer give Spade the active lifestyle he deserves. This is a very loved dog who simply needs a home where he can be active, engaged, and part of a family again. Meet Jacob (AKA Jake) This big boy is all heart. He is incredibly good-natured and always has a smile on his face. He is a real goof. He is sometimes energetic goof, and often just a Mr. Lazy Bones. He’d love another friendly dog in the house, but he is also happy with a human who can get him a bit of exercise each day, play with his toys, and lie around for belly rubs and naps. Jake is about one year old, around 65 bs, and is just a big ole sweet ham. He is great on a leash, has good recall, is chill but also happy to learn new things. He is in the Portland area now. We originally bought Eros as a puppy with his brother whom he has been kennel mates with his entire life. We recently had a baby and we have more than one dog, and it has gotten to be too much for our household. He loves being outside and playing in the water, and is good at being an indoor dog as well. He loves to cuddle. He is potty trained, and knows certain commands like potty, sit, and lay down. He has been pretty sheltered most of his life and has lived with his brother, so we’re not quite sure how he will take the separation, we are hoping that he can go to a loving home where he can get the full attention he deserves.

I want him to have a good home and a good owner to care for him and have more time to train and love him. He definitely needs more training and be around other dogs more. I dont take him out much so he is not used to people and other dogs. He is good with my family and my daughter.
