Sporty Spots is a very handsome Saint Bernard American Bulldog mix that weighs about 80 pounds! He absolutely loves people and loves to get attention and belly rubs! He will sit with his head in your lap getting all the head scratches for hours if you let him. He is a goofball and is sure to make you laugh and smile everyday.  Spots is a super friendly and outgoing dog. He is good with children that are aged 14 and over! He loves toys, and he also loves to play in water. He is the kind of dog that would love to play in the sprinklers and have his own little pool he can play in. He really loves to play with balls, he will chase them all day. Spots would do best in a home that has a backyard for him to run around in.  Spots does well with some dogs that are his size or larger. Spots will need to go to a home that has a strong handler and has owned large dogs before. So far, he has learned to sit, stay, and lay down.  Overall, Spots is an amazing dog that is waiting for his forever home. He is very loyal and very friendly with other people. Ohhhhh my gosh I LOVE Brisket! He’s a hunka chunka beefcake of a guy with a heart bigger than his neck! Be prepared to fall in love with this THICC sweetheart Briskey Boi! We believe that Brisket is a pittie mix who is about 3 years old and weighs approximately 55 pounds. Due to him being a rescue, age and breed cannot be guaranteed. But that’s what makes rescue exciting! You get to have your very own unique mix of a dog! His beautiful amber eyes and his stout little body immediately stole the show! Be prepared to be showered with compliments as you take this guy out and he struts his stuff! Brisket is not only a charmer with his looks, he is also charming with his personality. When he met some of the other dogs on site, he was so good with all of them! We brought out male and females with a variety of personalities and Brisket was so chill with all of them. He’s just a guy being a dude. He’s a viber. Cool as a cucumber. He wasn’t the one to initiate a race or any roughhousing. But he was totally content with just sharing space with the other dogs. We believe Brisket would be okay with another low to medium energy dog that is has a nice blend of playfulness and chill energy. But honestly, Brisket is so independent that he would be perfectly fine as someone’s one and only. He isn’t going to attest being the sole receiver of all the love and affection, lol. Another bonus about Brisket? He is extremely mindful and gentle, taking treats and he is also kid friendly! When offered treats by numerous people, he took the treat in the same manner every time, gentle and slow. It’s like he knew that he was a big boy and needed to be extra careful with human hands. What a good boy! When he met Elijah, (11) he was in dog heaven. He just loved being showered with scratches and “good boys”. Brisket would do great in a home with older children who understand how to handle thicc doggos who appreciate affection. Brisket does not have long legs meant for galloping. But he does have a heavy step and a healthy voice. Because of this, we believe that he would do best in a home over an apartment lifestyle. Just one look at his little face and that sweet baby nose, and your heart's already halfway gone. Bowie is as pure as they come. He is gentle, curious, a soft soul to grow with, the kind of pup that blinks up at you like you're his whole world. Every day is a brand new adventure and he's looking for someone to discover it with. If you have room for one tender-hearted baby in your life, Bowie is ready to fill that position! He's just a baby y'all. Bosni is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it's always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. Don't tell him we told you this, but want to know the secret to Bowie's heart? Treats and that sweet spot right behind his ear. Those two things will have Bowie swooning over you in no time! Especially when you get to scratching that sweet spot! He starts shaking his back leg, tilts his head, and literally has a smile a his face. If you haven't watched his video, you need to because it's the cutest thing ever! He also loves treats and will do anything for a treat. He already knows how to sit and was easily guided into a down position when asked as well. He walks well on a leash and is a great car rider too. Although he may need help getting in and out. Bowie can be a little shy at first when meeting new people but once you're in his corner there's no turning back. He really loves when people take the time to get to know him and build trust with him. Which, now that you know the secrets to his heart, you'll be his favorite person before you know it. Bowie is very dog friendly and is in daily play groups which is where is thrives and has the best time ever. One of his favorite games to play is chase. You’ll see him bouncing, bobbing, weaving throughout the dogs and obstacles in the yard and is such a joy to watch. When he’s done playing, he’ll simply go off and do his own thing exploring the yard, enjoying the fresh air, or he can be found splashing around in a nearby kiddie pool. This boy loves the water and has so much fun bouncing in and out of the pool especially if his doggy friends join in on the action. He has a gentle play style with other dogs and will do best in a home with a medium energy aloof playful dog that enjoys playing chase, has a more gentle play style, and also enjoys those calmer moments as well. Bowie would thrive in a home with another dog or even a multi dog household. He really opens up the most when is around other dogs. We do believe that he would be best living in a home with another dog to help him feel comfortable and continue to build his confidence. Bowie has also been around chickens (not free roaming) and did great around them. So if you have any chickens in a coop and looking for a dog that isn't going to be pestering your flock or barking at them through the fencing, Bowie is definitely your guy. Bowie's dream home would be one that enjoys those simple moments in life, are not overly concerned with being the party house in the neighborhood, and looking for loving companion to take on leisurely walks around the neighborhood and snuggle with at night. If you're someone that works from home, Bowie will be perfectly content settling on the floor next to your feet, keeping quiet, never getting into things he shouldn't be, or keeping entertained with his doggy siblings. Winnie is a girl who turns heads without even trying. Main-character energy choose her but that’s not what she identifies at, she is simply a sweet girl with a love for the water, belly-rubs, and as much love as you are willing to share. It has to be acknowledged- she is an absolute stunner! Her blocky bully build, those piercing eyes, and her one-of-a-kind coat pattern, she genuinely stopped a few people mid-sentence when she walked by. Almost everyone stopped what they were doing when she arrived, taking turns to say hi, take a selfie with her, or just give her a quick bit of love. This isn’t a dog you get if you do not want strangers to talk to you. People are going to ask, they are going to compliment, and at the least, they are going to admire. Friendly from the jump, Winnie passes every area we test for with flying colors. And she is walk-ready! With great basic leash skills and an easy pace, she is built for strolls and after-dinner walks. Now I get to tell you about Water Winnie! She should come with a tag that says “just add water to activate.” Want to see for yourself? Turn on the hose. She’ll chomp the stream of water, spin, and soak herself with pure joy. Seeing this was like double cherries on top of a gourmet sundae. We introduced Winnie to a few dogs and she can walk by another dog on leash with ease and handles nose-to-nose greetings calmly. Once the yard was full of dogs we got to see her natural approach to dog- no matter how playful or wild- she did her own thing and was so unbothered by it all. She’s definitely dog-social, but her heart belongs to people. She thrives on affection and would be happiest as the only dog in the home—where she doesn’t have to share the spotlight or the cuddles. Winnie is both house and crate-trained, and has a gentle, easygoing temperament that makes her adaptable to either a house with a yard or apartment life. But no cats—Winnie was a bit too eager meeting our house cat, so we are suggesting a cat-free home. But that’s an area that doesn’t effect her grade or how perfect we think she is. Brooklyn is both adorable… and adoring! This cutie has a deep love for her people that you’ll feel the moment she looks into your eyes. She’s super tolerant and doesn’t mind being held, cuddled or kissed, and she loves gentle pets and sweet voices. Her nickname is baby for a reason! She is just a big ole baby lookin for love! Brooklyn has this soft and sweet side to her that will surely make her feel like a member of your family in no time. We believe that Brooklyn is an American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bully mix of some sort. She’s estimated to be around 5 years old, and she has so many good dog skills to prove it! Brooklyn is a rescue, so these are just our best guesses! You can tell she’s really grateful for anytime she gets with you. No matter who you are! We do warn you, she’s so cute and friendly that walks through the neighborhood will likely lead to many new friends and pet-stops along the way!! She's beautiful, has the best personality, and brings that Beyonce confidence to the yard that all the boys can't resist. All of Brooklyn's boyfriends are playful, happy go-lucky, goofy guys that love to bounce around, play chase, enjoy the occasional rumble and tumble, and they are also quite the gentleman type that will take play breaks on their own and respect Brooklyn's boundaries when she's done playing. For the most part, Brooklyn is enjoying the sunshine and fresh air while the other pups around her are playing. She loves to hangout and "doggy" watch, she's the dog persona of a "people" watcher LOL. Even when she has found a boyfriend she likes, Brooklyn enjoys their company and will play every so often. In a home, she will do best with a happy go-lucky male that will play with her and also a boy toy that will save a spot for her on the couch. One thing you need to know about Pluto Petey is that he is such a sweet and gentle guy. He may look all big and bad but believe me when I say, he is the complete opposite that. From the very first moment that I met him, I immediately knew he was someone's soul dog that just has not found him yet, the type that no other dog will be able to compare to. He has such an innocence about him that you can't help but immediately fall in love with. Especially when he looks up at you with that perfect sad puppy dog face he's mastered. Don't let his pictures fool you though, he may look big but he is actually pretty small in stature and a petite guy. He has the best "block" pittie head that I am a total sucker for and he has the best puppy dog face ever when he looks up at you with those big golden eyes of his. Pluto is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it's always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. When first meeting Pluto, he can be a little shy at first but it doesn't take long for him to be leaning into you for affection and asking for booty scratches (which he loves). One of my favorite things about him is how sweet natured he is and how gentle is he with his he shows his love. He not over the top nor is it a constant, it's just the right about. It's so cute too the way he inches himself towards you when you stop petting him. He clearly wants more loving but also wants to be respectful about it as well. I also love the way he nuzzles his face into your hands and when he makes those adorable piggy grunts when he's super happy. Can you tell I'm a little obsessed with him? Pluto Petey is very dog friendly and has done great with every dog we have introduced him to. He is even used as an assessment dog from time to time because of how chill and neutral he is with every dog he meets. He is great about meeting new dogs on leash and off. He will do a quick sniff, say hello and then go on about his business. Pluto is more of a laid back and watch the other dogs playing around him or lounge in the shade type of fella. He will play here and there and has a gentle romp alongside his pals type of play style that is also very light hearted and not super physical. He is more people oriented than anything and loves to be near. In a home, he would do best with a dog that has the same temp as him - cool, calm, collected. A doggy sibling that isn't looking for a companion to play with all day but one that would enjoy the company of a gentle fella like Pluto. When it comes to feline friends, he would do best in a kitty free home as he was a little too interested in our house cat, Biggie. Pluto is more than his good looks, he's super smart too and very treat motivated. This guy will do anything for a treat! He doesn't discriminate either and isn't picky. He loves them all. Bonus points too if you let him clean your plate or save him a few dinner scraps. Who needs a vacuum when you have Pluto LOL. He already has a few tricks up his sleeve and is eager to learn more! If you're someone that works from home, Pluto will be perfectly content settling on the floor next to your feet, keeping quiet, never getting into things he shouldn't be and will occasionally look up at you or rest his head on you leg nuzzling you for affection. Almost as if he knew you needed a 5 min breather from your computer. He is not high energy and can match the energy of the room. We can also picture Pluto enjoying porch sitting as a hobby too - he could sit next to you and watch the world pass by all day.
