This sweet boy is currently 22 lbs, almost 4 months old, and we think he may be a Bulldog/Pit Bull Terrier mix, but with rescue it’s always a guess! What matters most is that they are adorable and are one the MOST desperate in the entire US based on statistics for where this puppy is from. Shelters in this area are having to euthanize puppies. Lala Dixie is ready to snuggle her way into your heart! She is uber-friendly and can't wait to make friends with everyone she meets. Lala is playful, sweet, and cuddly – she is actively seeking anyone who likes to snuggle, since it’s her favorite thing to do. She loves to play with her brother (Lalo Dixon) and take lots of naps – classic puppy life. Lala is already showing how smart she is, by doing a perfect sit for treats. She sleeps quietly in her crate all through the night, and is making great progress on her potty training. Puzzle feeders are one of her favorite activities and helps stimulate that developing brain. Playing tug-of-war is also one of her favorite games. Lala and her brother were rescued together, and Lala has a sweet and calm personality that we believe comes from being under her brother’s protection while surviving on their own. Adoption Fee - $75 Spots is a very handsome Saint Bernard American Bulldog mix that weighs about 80 pounds! He is probably around 6 years old. He absolutely loves people and loves to get attention and belly rubs! He will sit with his head in your lap getting all the head scratches for hours if you let him. He is a goofball and is sure to make you laugh and smile everyday. Spots is a super friendly and outgoing dog. He is good with people that are aged 14 and over! He loves toys, and he also loves to play in water. He is the kind of dog that would love to play in the sprinklers and have his own little pool he can play in. He really loves to play with balls, he will chase them all day. Spots would do best in a home that has a backyard for him to run around in. He has calmed down a good bit as be has gotten older and although still loves to run around the backyard, he is also figuring out that he really likes to just chill sometimes too! Spots is now showing that he can do well with some dogs, that are his size or larger. Spots will need to go to a home that has a strong handler and have owned large dogs before. So far, he has learned place, sit, stay, and lay down. Overall, spots is an amazing dog that is waiting for his forever home. He is very loyal and very friendly with other people. Meatloaf... its whats for DINNER!!! I will take a side of mashed taters and some GRAVY too :) I am actually the puppy, formerly known as HAMBURGER, but mixed with some love, spice and a little ketchup and turned into THIS BIG HUNKA LOVE!! (with a side of cute and silly too) I have a big heart and a big personality too. I want to be someone's really really good friend, and guess what?? I am even BETTER on the second day! Oh my heck this boy!! Xander Lane will for sure keep you on you toes in the absolute best way. He is goofy, loving, full of personality, and will always keep you entertained and laughing. He's the type of dog that doesn't even necessarily need to be doing anything, just existing and he'll still make you smile with the cute little expressions he makes. One of my favorite things about him is how happy he is all the time and of course the way his tongue peeps out of his mouth. He instantly makes us smile and we know he'll make you smile too. He is the perfect fun size, not too big and not too small. He is exceptionally dog friendly and loves to make doggy friends. He is best friends with an 80 lb male that is just as goofy as he is and they love playing together. He also met a massive cane corse who is triple he size and he wasn't intimated by him or anything. All he wanted to do was play with him and Xander even took a correction from the big guy for playing too rough and did beautiful with the correction. Xander would love to be adopted out to a family that has another dog that he can play with and romp around in the back yard with. He also would do best in a home with a backyard. He loves to be outside, rolling around in the grass and just living his good ole doggy best life. Xander is medium energy that will require exercise and mental stimulation. He's not a marathon runner nor will he require that much exercise but a good romp in the yard, short run in the neighborhood, and I'm sure would also make a great adventure companion in the mountains. He will need to polish his leash skill and learn some basic obedience manners but he is treat motivated and eager to please. Which will help make any additional training that much more enjoyable. To our knowledge, he is crate trained and potty trained but may need a reminder about where the appropriate potty places are once in his forever home.
