Story
Born on July 4th, 2019, our American Bulldog, a bundle of joy, joined us at 12 weeks. She's a survivor, overcoming a toy-induced surgery at 15 weeks and being spayed at 20. Known for her warmth, she loves cuddles and is a playful spirit, cherishing her toys and mastered potty training. She’s food-enthusiastic and occasionally fixates on a ball. She loves her cozy space. Ideal for her is a spacious home, preferably with a yard, and she’s great with other dogs. Not fond of leash walks, she thrives in her home environment. Story
It will only take a few minutes for you to agree that Lalo Dixon is just the bestest boy. This sweet boy is currently 22 lbs, almost 4 months old, and we think he may be a Bulldog/Pit Bull Terrier mix, but with rescue it’s always a guess! What matters most is that they are adorable and are one the MOST desperate in the entire US based on statistics for where this puppy is from. Shelters in this area are having to euthanize puppies. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves his/her life as well as the life of another in its place. Lalo Dixon is such a friendly, gentle boy. He was rescued with his sister (Lala Dixie) and was her protector when on the streets. Despite his rough start, he treats everyone as a friend and doesn’t seem to have the stranger danger that is normal at this age. Lalo is cautiously inquisitive to his surroundings and wants to explore everything! He will come running right back to you tho, because he is entirely convinced that he is a lapdog whose sole job is deliver kisses and snuggles. The first thing you will notice about Lalo is his super soft shiny black coat and distinctive white markings –such a distinguished gentleman. He has adorable white socks (feet) with one white sleeve, and a gorgeous white chest. And of course you can’t help but notice the cutest white patch on his nose! His eyes are vibrant and soulful – this puppy will capture your heart right away with his expressions and personality. Lalo is still young so he will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. His new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, he will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/65f88cb7a3a9498aec0b301b Please email Tim@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $825 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $62 surcharge for transport. Story
Lala Dixie is ready to snuggle her way into your heart! She is uber-friendly and can't wait to make friends with everyone she meets. Lala is playful, sweet, and cuddly – she is actively seeking anyone who likes to snuggle, since it’s her favourite thing to do. She loves to play with her brother (Lalo Dixon) and take lots of naps – classic puppy life. Lala and her brother were rescued together, and Lala has a sweet and calm personality that we believe comes from being under her brother’s protection while surviving on their own. The first thing you will notice about Lala is her beautiful shiny black coat that is irresistibly silky soft – you can’t help but pet her! Her markings are striking - we love her white socks (feet) and white chest. She’s got a little white tuft on her chin too – you get a closeup of this every time she comes in for kisses, which this pup loves to give. Lala’s sweet soulful eyes will hook you and you are sure to be rewarded with all her love and affection if you are lucky enough to be her special person. Lala’s personality is cautiously quiet and calm, but she warms up quickly to any attention – she loves to explore just as much as she loves to be snuggled right in your lap. Lala would fit right into a family with other dogs or cats (see her video for the briefest of cat tests), but she would also be perfectly happy to be the star of the show. Lala is currently 15 lbs, almost 4 months old, and we think she may be a Bulldog/Pit Terrier mix, but with rescue it’s always a guess! Adoption Fee - $75 Spots is a very handsome Saint Bernard American Bulldog mix that weighs about 80 pounds! He is probably around 6 years old. He absolutely loves people and loves to get attention and belly rubs! He will sit with his head in your lap getting all the head scratches for hours if you let him. He is a goofball and is sure to make you laugh and smile everyday. Spots is a super friendly and outgoing dog. He is good with people that are aged 14 and over! He loves toys, and he also loves to play in water. He is the kind of dog that would love to play in the sprinklers and have his own little pool he can play in. He really loves to play with balls, he will chase them all day. Spots would do best in a home that has a backyard for him to run around in. He has calmed down a good bit as be has gotten older and although still loves to run around the backyard, he is also figuring out that he really likes to just chill sometimes too! Spots is now showing that he can do well with some dogs, that are his size or larger. Spots will need to go to a home that has a strong handler and have owned large dogs before. So far, he has learned place, sit, stay, and lay down. Overall, spots is an amazing dog that is waiting for his forever home. He is very loyal and very friendly with other people. He also is very protective of his home and loves to keep patrol of his yard! He loves toys and water and would make the perfect travel buddy! Please consider spots to be your new forever fur baby! He needs a foster too if you can't commit to adoption! Spots is refreshing his training skills and is back in board and train! If interested in adopting Spots, kindly fill out the application found here: https://www.ozzieandfriendsrescue.org/adoptionsApril 18, 2024, 10:35 am

Story
Meet Ford, a remarkable Bulldog whose presence is as powerful and steadfast as a mighty river. Just like the characteristics of his breed, Ford embodies kindness and courage, showcasing a unique blend of friendliness and dignity. Now you may not see it by looking into his gorgeous brown eyes, but Ford has suffered in his short life.... he came to the rescue from the streets with a HORRIFIC hernia on his back end, near his rectum. He required two surgeries to correct the hernia and allow him to have a normal life again. He came through with SHINING colors ;) With his well-muscled frame and low-slung stature, Ford is the epitome of a true bruiser, but it's his iconic "sourmug" face that represents his unwavering courage and tenacity. Despite his robust appearance, Ford is a docile and loyal companion, adapting seamlessly to any environment, be it the bustling city or the serene countryside. With Ford by your side, you'll experience the unwavering devotion and unmistakable presence of a Bulldog, a breed that leaves an indelible mark on your heart. Don't miss the opportunity to welcome this incredible Bulldog into your life, as Ford's unique spirit will bring joy, love, and an unmistakable charm that only he can deliver. Some basic information about Ford; he is male, a Bulldog mix, and is medium-sized (20-59lbs). Ford is not great with other dogs (or cats or other critters) and would be best in a home with either only adults or older children and as a single dog. But his heart will fill your home with all the love you need!!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
Meet Gayle, a 2-year-old female American Bulldog mix with a stunning apricot and white bicolor coat. Gayle is a high-energy pup who loves spending time with people. She's incredibly friendly and cuddly, always eager to share affection. While Gayle enjoys the company of people, she can be selective with other dogs and might need a patient and experienced owner who can help her navigate her interactions. She's a bit anxious and defensive around other dogs, but with slow exposure and gentle guidance, she has the potential to adjust and become more comfortable over time. We suggest a single dog home for Gayle. If you're an experienced dog owner looking for a loving and energetic companion, Gayle could be the perfect addition to your family. With a little time and patience, she's sure to become a loyal and devoted friend. Come meet Gayle and see if you can be the one to provide her with a forever home filled with love and understanding. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)
