Meet Honey Bun! Honey Bun is a beautiful 2-year-old female American Bulldog mix who is looking for her new furever family. She can be shy when first meeting new people, but with a little patience (and a few tasty treats!), she warms up and shows her softer, affectionate, loyal side. She is very treat-motivated, which will make building trust and continuing her training a rewarding experience. Honey Bun would do best in a calm, quiet home with an experienced dog owner who understands how to help a sensitive dog gain confidence. She is looking for an adult-only household and would thrive as the only pet, where she can soak up all the love and attention without competition. Her adoption fee is $125. She is spayed, microchipped, current on her rabies vaccination and basic boosters. She did test positive for heartworms, but thanks to Rockwall PAWS, Honey Bun will be able to receive treatment at little to no cost to her adopter.
