Story
Meet Jake — the dog who refuses to give up on love Circle 2 Rescue is urgently looking for a foster or adopter for Jake, a truly special boy who has been waiting far too long for his happy ending. Jake is just over 1 year old and showed up on a stranger’s front porch on October 25th with a broken front leg. When others considered euthanasia, we couldn’t let that be his story. Jake received the medical care he needed, his leg was repaired, and he is now fully healed and ready for life. He is being boarded at the vet office and spends much of his time in his kennel. He desperately needs a real home environment. Jake’s stats: Neutered Up to date on vaccines House trained  Leash and crate trained Personality-wise? Jake is a ROCKSTAR. Loves all people Great with other dogs Even does well with cats Has never met a stranger or enemy Jake is an energetic young dog who needs an active lifestyle. Right now, his excitement Understandably, Jake gets very excited when he gets time out of the kennel and likes to do zoomies. With daily walks and time outside the kennel he will be very happy!  He is quiet, calm, and well-behaved in his kennel He walks great on leash once he settles With proper daily exercise, we truly believe he will mellow beautifully Jake isn’t “just” a medium-sized black dog — he’s a fabulous, joyful, affectionate pup whose personality shines the moment you meet him. He’s resilient, loving, and ready to pour his heart into someone who will finally give him the life he deserves.   Foster or adopt Jake and be the reason his story ends with love. Please help us get this incredible boy out of boarding and into a home where he can thrive. If you would like to adopt/foster please apply at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  The adoption fee of $250 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.   ##2621795##

Story
I adopted Rose when she was 8 months old. Her birthday is 12/27/2017. I didn’t save her, she saved me. She is so loyal, loving, and smart. She is full of love to give, and just wants love and attention. She will sit/lay next to you all day if that is what you’re doing. She is a great companion. And I’m so sad I no longer have the ability to give her the life she deserves. She is such a great dog. I’m heartbroken that my life has turned into this being the only option. This decision isn’t about me. It’s about giving this dog the best life she deserves.

Story
Cindy is truly the sweetest, most loving dog you'll find. All she wants to do is be by you, go on walks, snuggle on the bed and nibble on some treats (especially dental treats. You've never met a creature more obsessed with their dental hygiene). She's around 8 years old, and moves a little slower, but will definitely perk up for a squeaky toy or when you grab the leash. She's house trained, leash trained, knows all of her basic commands, and has never, ever gotten into anything she isn't supposed to. She has never met a stranger. Everyone who comes to the door she greets with a hurricane tail wag and unlimited kisses. She is, however, afraid of other dogs. I've done a lot of training with her, and she's come so far, but she just can't live in a house with another animal. She's an old lady who just wants to be left alone with her humans for the remainder of her days.

Story
Meet Cookie, a sweet 1-year-old Pitbull/miniature poodle mix (born April 16, 2024) who is fostering with us and looking for her forever home. Her previous family in Arizona couldnt bring her when they moved, so now she is ready to find a loving family of her own. Cookie grew up with three sisters and gets along well with our dachshund mix. She is affectionate, full of love, and eager to please. She is fearful of other dogs on her walks. Because her old routine was mostly early-morning walks and backyard time, she is still adjusting to busier environments. She can be a little reactive on walks, but we are working on obedience training and leash skills and she is already making progress. Cookie would thrive in a patient, caring home that can continue her training, give her structure, and shower her with affection. She has so much love to give and deserves a family who will let her shine.

Story
Harvey is a speckled little hunk of ham and such a happy go lucky boy. He absolutely loves being outside and playing with dog friends. He would do best with another young/playful/tolerant dog in the home but I think he would also do ok as a solo dog. Harvey absolutely cannot be in a home with cats or small dogs. I have been told that he does love children but has no awareness of his size and had been known to knock over a kid while playing so kids 10+ would be ideal.

Story
Mamba is such a special boy!! We inherited him from my brother who is allergic, and we’ve had him for six years now. He is a typical dog who loves to eat, sleep and cuddle. I will say he has a bit of aggression trouble with food and toys but nothing too serious. He loves walks, rides in the car and just hanging out. He’s really easy going. Once he gets comfortable he’s the sweetest goofiest boy! I recently moved out of state and my mother who takes care of them has developed SEVERE allergies leaving us with no choice but to rehome. We’re hoping to find a new home for mamba and his sister mali, whether it be together or individually ASAP. please consider if you’d love a life long bestie!

Story
Meet Anubis, a handsome boy who loves a good game of tug-of-war, fetch, and then-get ready-the zoomies! Anubis is a curious observer- he loves gazing out the window and keeping tabs on the neighborhood happenings. He's crate savvy and his previous home allowed him to go in and out of this safe space as he pleased. Volunteers tell us that Anubis likes to lead the way when out exploring, but if they stop walking, he'll return to their side and responds well to requests for "sit" and "down" -- and loves treats tossed on the ground!Anubis would thrive with an active adopter who can match his playful energy and provide him with structure, love, and a spot by the window. Anubis objects to sharing food and toys with people and other animals so will only be adopted to a family without children or with kids at least 10 years of age.
