She can be a shy with new dogs and new people. She is crate and house trained and enjoys playing with toys and taking walks. Anne does well in the car and is very much a lap dog. Anne is leash and off leash trained; she has great manners. She will do best with a dog or two for socialization and snuggles. Fenced yard required for off leash play time. Jax was acquired by my son and my wife in 2020 from the Humane Society. He was 2 at the time. Apparently his first owner passed away. Though Jax does bark at people and animals outside, he has never bitten anyone, and he is calm and loving when people come over and pet him. In the 5 years we have had Jax, he has never had an accident in the house. We keep him in a crate during the day when we are at work, but he is not usually penned at night. Jax does not get the love and attention he deserves; he needs to go to a better home. I am willing to keep Jax for as long as it takes because he deserves a good home, not a shelter.
