This dog followed our beagle home in September, 2025. He was not chipped, was heartworm positive, and was intact. Unable to find his owner, we took care of the heartworms, chipped him, had him neutered, and brought his shots up-to-date. In November, 2025, my husband developed some physical problems and although he loves the dog, he can no longer care for a dog this large or strong. Roscoe is a very loving dog and plays well with our beagle. He walks on a leash, although more training is needed to say that he walks well on a leash. But he is improving. He is housetrained and ignores our small grandchildren when they visit. We do not want to see him euthanized or used for fighting. He needs a big area of land where he can run, and a loving home to come inside to. He is a great dog; just too much for us in our elder years. He is located in Georgia and we will deliver him to neighboring states.

Daisy is a sweet and playful young lady with lots of energy. She enjoys walking, fetch, and chewing on her toys and bones. Daisy loves to interact with other dogs, but she plays a bit rough. Also, she does well with pottying outside but house training is still a work in progress. Daisy was a stray and the vet estimated her age between 1.5 and 2 years. We adopted her with high hopes, but she has not been a good fit with our smaller pet, so we're trying to find her forever home. If you're looking for an active pet and can provide consistency, then Daisy's the one for you.

With a very heavy heart I am having to rehome my sweet girl Luna. She is the most playful, loving, funny, cuddly, dog, but for some reason she doesn't get along with one of my dogs. The other one she is perfectly fine with and has had no issues. It's hard to determine why there is a problem with only one of the dogs, but my suspicion is that they jealous (both are very needy and affectionate). She is a female that she was just recently spayed, and the shelter estimated that she is about three years old. I adopted her in December as she was scheduled to be euthanized that day. She had been in the shelter for three months. She needed time to decompress from all of the activity and stress of the shelter, and things seem to be going well, but recently she's started to get into fights with my 9-year-old dog (the one pictured with her). They got along at one point, but tension has been escalating between the two of them. She has been doing great with basic training and deserves a good home.

Scout was left tied up to a business that was closed on the weekend, so my son rescued him. He is a sweet, silly snuggle bug that thinks he’s a lap dog. He loves everyone he meets and loves playing with other dogs. He has not had any exposure to cats. Scout is neutered and up-to-date on his vaccines. The vet thinks he’s about 13 to 14 months so still in the puppy phase and currently weighs 65-70 lbs. My son recently graduated college and has relocated to a new city into a small apartment that doesn’t allow big dogs plus he’ll be going into an office five days a week. As much as my son loves this dog he can’t keep him. Please consider adopting Scout.

Hi! This is Stitch. He is 9 years old and a very loved boy. My mom rescued him from a kill shelter 7 years ago. I’m looking for him a new home because my mom is 71, lives alone and recently discovered she has osteoporosis. He likes to run and jerk on his leash and has made her fall a few times already. He is fine with her other 2 dogs. We are unsure how he is around children, we’ve never tried. We also think that he does not like cats. He is house and crate trained. He is a very good boy that deserves all the loving in the world!

Tru (Trudy is his government name) is a 5 year old Pittie who wishes he was small enough to fit in your purse and go with you everywhere! He is housebroken and knows tricks like shake, sit and lay down. He LOVES to play with toys and run around in the backyard! Finding sticks is his favorite past time. He’s a sweetheart who loves sleeping in his bed (but would love to sleep next to you even more) and will be your faithful companion. While we don’t know if he’s good with other dogs or cats, we think he could warm up to the idea of having another furry companion around. Tru would be great with a single adult, family or older couple. He loves going on walks and snuggling up to you while you relax.
