Story
🐾 Meet Baby Girl 🐾 This 6-year-old love bug just wants to be near her hoomans 💕 Cuddles and skritchies are her love language, and she will happily wag her tail and lean into you for back or belly rubs. Her favorite things? Playing ball, tug-o-war, and soaking up affection. While she has not had formal training, she is a quick learner and will sit for treats, takes them gently from your hand, and does great when it is time to put on a sweater. 🧥 Baby Girl is a loyal, affectionate companion. She has been dealt a rough hand and has been living in an abandoned house, alone, for almost 2 months now. Her owner has Alzheimer’s dementia and is now in a Memory Care facility. 😔 She would thrive in a home where she can get plenty of love and attention. If you have room in your heart, please help us find her forever home. 🐶 💖

Story
This pittie is as sweet as her name. Sugar Bear is the perfect mix of loving, loyal, and well-mannered. She’s potty trained, quiet through the night, and even knows to stay off the furniture, though she thinks it looks awfully cozy! Luckily, she adores her bed and is happy to settle in when it’s time to rest. She’s a respectful house guest, too! When gated in the mud room for naps or bedtime, she curls up with her toys and never bothers shoes or anything else that isn’t hers. Sugar Bear is food-motivated and eager to please, which makes working on her leash skills fun and rewarding. She loves being close to her people and shows affection in the sweetest ways, like sitting on your feet or leaning gently against your leg to stay connected. Her ideal home would have a fenced yard where she can play and explore safely. Sugar Bear would thrive with adults or families with older kids who can share in her love and cuddles. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will melt your heart every day, Sugar Bear is ready to be your new best friend! All CSHS pups are spayed/neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, 4DX negative (if older than 6 months), dewormed and microchipped. To meet this sweet pup, fill out an application today! https://www.carverscotths.org/

Story
Location: Rosemount, MN I’m Cairon! The coolest, most "go with the flow" guy you’ll ever have the pleasure of knowing! If you’re looking for a partner who is equal parts fun and chill, I’m your man. I’ve been told I’m a total head-turner. I have a one-of-a-kind brindle coat with a stunning mix of dark and light brown stripes. No two brindle patterns are exactly alike, which means I’m truly a limited edition! I’m known as the "Yes" Man!… My foster family calls me a super chill dude because I’m down for whatever the day brings. My personality is the perfect balance: - Ready to Play? Say the word and I’m in! I love a good romp and will keep you smiling with my puppy energy and silly boy zoomies. - Ready to Rest? I’m a professional cuddler. If you’re having a low-key afternoon, I’ll happily park myself right next to you for some quality snuggle time. - While I’m very affectionate, I’m also a big boy who can entertain himself. I love playing with my toys on my own—you can just sit back and chuckle at my goofy antics from the sidelines! My Perfect Match… I’m looking for a forever family who wants a pup that is easygoing and adaptable. Whether you’re an active adventurer or a homebody, I’ll fit right into your rhythm. I’m the perfect companion for someone who wants a dog that loves deeply but also knows how to do his own thing. Looking for a "go with the flow" best friend? I’m ready to bring my chill vibes and beautiful coat to a home of my very own. Story
Location: Minneapolis, MN If you are looking for a pup with a lot of love and a lot of wiggles, Jillian is your girl. With big, beautiful amber eyes, Jillian’s personality easily shines through. While she is a huge sweetheart, she does need continued boundary work as she thinks the best way to let others know she loves them and wants to play is to get right up into their personal space! Fortunately, she is a little smarty pants and is picking up on cues and commands very quickly. Jillian is also continuing to improve with crate training even if she will default to a dramatic puppy flop before walking into the crate willingly. Her progress is best with the help of treats as bribes! We have learned that when crated, she does a lot better in a high-traffic area as she seems to relax when she is able to see what is going on around her. She does cry a bit when crated, but only because she has a serious case of FOMO, but appears to be calming more quickly as time goes on. While Jillian has not been left alone for long periods of time in the house, during the short bouts, she has done really well and usually is just lounging on the sofa. Jillian is primarily potty-trained but sometimes seems to “forget” she can’t just pee wherever is most convenient; with that being said, accidents are becoming more and more uncommon. She does very well with potty prompts and will wait for someone to accompany her when she needs to pee outside but doesn’t hesitate to explore once she is there. Since we are still gauging her overall reactiveness and recall, we always keep an eye on her in the backyard even though it is fenced in. Jillian has a lot of energy, is outgoing, and loves to play with both four-legged friends and humans. She does have a high prey-drive and would do best in a house that does not have any other pets aside from dogs. Jillian is also taking several walks a day to work on her leash skills and catching on really quickly - we are learning to “leave it”, “wait”, and “eyes” (when needing her attention); she tends to crowd and pull on the leash so we are also working on side by side walking and pressure commands with the leash. With patience and consistency, she will no doubt continue to improve. Most days, Jillian will be out playing in the backyard with her foster brother Meeka, a husky, taking walks through the neighborhood, playing with her squeak toys, getting all the pets, and curled up on the couch or dog bed taking a nap. In just a short amount of time, Jillian has learned both the verbal and nonverbal signals for “sit”, “wait”, “hands in”, and “lie down”. While we haven’t done tons of car rides, she seems very interested in hopping in whenever the car door is open. She is eager to learn and very treat-motivated! Jillian is a sweet, playful, and loyal pup who is looking for a loving, active family to grow with. If you are ready for a lively spirit, funny personality, and unconditional companionship - Jilly Bean will be a great fit! --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). I am looking for a foster or forever family! Please email fostersupport@thebondbetween.org if you can say YES to fostering this animal! Select the "Apply for Adoption" if you would like to adopt Hi, my name is Laklyn and I am from Georgia! From her foster: This pretty little lady will warm your heart. She is a huge snuggler and loves lots of attention. She also is very goofy and a bit clumsy, but that just adds to her sweet and calm disposition. She will be hard to say goodbye to. From the Vet: Laklyn was evaluated at The BB Vet Center shortly after arrival, she has completed treatment for a mild eye infection. The main concern for her was we noted she has a tendency to stand on 3 legs instead of all 4. We took radiographs of the rear leg she holds up in the air and the veterinarian noted deformities/inflammation consistent with Panosteitis or "growing pains" commonly associated with the long bones in large breed dogs. She may hold up her leg from time to time, however she is regularly using the leg normally and is still a high energy happy girl!

Story
I am looking for a foster beginning 1/9 or forever family! Please email fostersupport@thebondbetween.org if you can say YES to fostering this animal! Select the "Apply for Adoption" if you would like to adopt Hi, my name is Marmalade. I am from Georgia. Marmalade is a loving dog who just raised her last litter of puppies. She has a mellow personality, and wouldn't mind lounging around with you. When she's got a burst of energy, she happily stomps and tussles with toys! She's happy to entertain herself, and her preference is to be someone's one and only furry friend to get all the pets, love and treats to herself. I am currently being treated for heartworm disease. Heartworm is not contagious so your resident pets are not at risk! The treatment for this is 3-4 months long and requires a minimum of 3 appointments and strict rest/restricted activity. My adoption can take place during treatment, while TBB manages the financial responsibility of my heartworm treatment at The Bond Between Vet Center. Any other medical care needed outside of the specific care covered in the contract disclaimer, would be the responsibility of my new family.
