Adoption Fee: $470 + taxes Location: Foster Home Aero is a lively, playful pup with plenty of personality and some seriously impressive moves! He's full of energy and absolutely loves going on walks, making him a great match for an active home. Aero's enthusiasm means he can get a little jumpy, so he'd do best with older kids who can match his playful spirit. He's fantastic with other dogs and would thrive in a home with canine companions. After a while doing slow introductions, he is a cat guy that would do well with a dog savvy cat. Aero is highly food-motivated and responds well to redirection, making him a quick learner and a GREAT snuggler!!! If you're ready to welcome a fun-loving, energetic companion into your life, Aero is the perfect match. Location: Foster Home Adoption Fee: $660 plus tax Meet Price - Your Playful, Spunky Best Friend! Price is an 8-week-old pitbull puppy with a big personality packed into a tiny body! Full of energy and always ready for an adventure, this little guy loves to wrestle with his siblings and play tug like a true champion. He may act like he’s the boss, but don’t be fooled, his sister is really the queen of the house! Price is all about fun, whether it’s chasing toys, chewing on a good bone to soothe his teething, or diving into a ball pit (his favorite!). He’s working on potty training and doing great, but he’s still a baby and will need some patience as he learns. At bedtime, he sleeps well in his kennel after a few minutes of settling in. While he’s mostly a busy little pup, Price does have moments when he’s happy to cuddle up for some love. If you’re looking for a fun-loving, energetic, and affectionate companion, Price is your guy! As the cuddlebug of the litter, he’s as affectionate as they come, always ready to snuggle up in your arms. This gentle little guy lets his siblings take charge but still loves to play, holding his own in tug-of-war and happily chewing on bones to soothe his teething. He’s a quiet, sensitive soul who sleeps peacefully through the night in his kennel and is doing great with potty training. Winger is looking for a loving home where he can continue to grow, play, and, most importantly, be spoiled with all the cuddles he adores. Could he be the perfect addition to your family? Location: Foster Home Adoption Fee: $660 plus tax Meet Beck! Beck is a sweet, outgoing boy who loves to make friends (whether human or animal) and loves cuddling with his friends even more! He enjoys following his foster mom around and plopping down on her feet when she stops for a while. He is a smart boy who is working on potty training and while he still has accidents in the house, he successfully goes potty when he is outside. He will definitely need more patience and training to perfect this skill! Beck sleeps in his kennel overnight, during nap times, and when his foster family is out of the house. He tends to cry only when he has to potty because he doesn't want to go potty in his kennel. Beck has plenty of playful puppy energy but is the first one to lay down for a nice nap. He also picks the most comfortable spot first this way... next to the heater, plopped in the toy bin, in the pile of blankets...it doesn't matter as long as he gets the comfy spot. Beck is ready to find a family of his own that will play and snuggle with him!

Adoption Fee: $660, plus tax Location: Foster Home Meet Angela! This 8-week-old Pitbull mix is the perfect combination of sweet and sassy! With her mostly white coat and a unique blue eyebrow above one eye, Angela is as adorable as they come. Her extra-wrinkles all over her body only adds to her charm, and her personality is just as big as her heart. Angela is here with her two brothers but don’t be fooled, she’s the one calling the shots! She loves to keep them in line and has no problem ruling the boys with her confident little attitude. When she’s not busy being the boss, you’ll find her doing her favorite things: playing tug with anyone (or anything!), chewing on a bone to soothe her teething puppy gums, or snuggling up after a long day of fun. She’s still learning potty training like any baby, but she’s already a pro at sleeping through the night in her kennel. True to her name, Angela is part Angel, but don’t be surprised when her sassy side makes an appearance! If you’re looking for a puppy with spunk, sweetness, and endless love to give, Angela is your girl! Could you be the one to give this little queen her forever throne? Story
A portion of Coco's adoption fee has been sponsored by her friends at The Murray Fund. The adoption fee sponsorship credit of $275.00 will be applied during the contract process Hi, my name is Coco! From the Foster: A typical day with Coco, I am home with Coco all day, with the exception of appointments, errands, etc. After nearly 2 years in our home, Coco has settled in and become a delightful companion dog. She gets along well with, and seems to take cues from, my black lab with a calm temperament. I have modified living arrangements such that the cats are kept separate from her- she seems to have high prey drive and due to limited vision perhaps cant really tell them apart from a squirrel. I had hoped after this long hearing and smelling them, and occasionally seeing them through the gate, she would have become accustomed to them, but alas she is just not a kitty dog. I keep Coco's medication pretty consistent, aiming for 12 hours apart. Coco and Lucy (my resident dog) both sleep on my bed all night. They don't get up until I do, and are great about going right outside and then in to eat and Coco has her oral meds, eye meds, and insulin. She is a champ taking her meds, doesn't resist at all. Throughout the day, Coco and Lucy go between my office and bedroom, taking long naps (they are 9 after all). Coco loves to race outside into the fenced yard with Lucy and search for real or imagined critters. The only thing that deters her is rain! A strange sound or presence will get her raising the alarm, but she settles down quickly and back to her sniffing and taking long luxurious naps in the sun. She may alarm due to her limited vision, but no significant limitations. Coco loves to be where I am, and would rather tag along in the car than be left behind, but thanks to occasional medication and my very mellow black lab, she is feeling more secure and safe as time goes on. She does fine out of the crate in the house, does not chew on unacceptable items, and can wait several hours to go outside. She has never had an accident indoors. Coco loves a long walk, especially a leisurely sniffari. Due to a lot of training, she is not nearly as concerned about other dogs out on walks as she used to be. I try not to get too close for comfort for her, and help her feel safe and confident. SHH can set an adopter up with ongoing training, too. She is pretty stressed, though, if she cant get out of perceived threat area, so instead of dog parks or busy recreation areas, we stick with the familiar neighborhood and a quiet regional nature park. Evenings are super-relaxed. Right after eating their dinner, both pups settle in for reading, watching a movie, or going to bed early. Coco loves to lay on the couch next to a warm body. She isn't a lap dog, not a hugger, but does love to snuggle. Through the course of my veterinary care at The Bond Between it was found that I have diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism, and mature cataracts. Luckily, my foster and the doctors at The Bond Between and BluePearl took great care of me, and I am now ready to find my forever home! I had surgery for my cataracts, and I can see much better now. Future adopters should know that due to my multiple endocrine diseases, I will need to continue to work with a primary veterinarian, as well as an internal medicine specialist (I am currently under the care of Dr. Mazepa at BluePearl.) To manage my diabetes, my adopter will need to administer insulin everyday, as well as monitor my glucose levels with the guidance of a veterinarian. I am also on medication for my hypothyroidism. It is recommended that discuss with my future vet clinic about recommended follows ups and labwork (CBC, chemistry, UA, Fructosamine and T4).

Story
A portion of my adoption fee has been sponsored by my friends at Tito's Handmade Vodka. The adoption fee sponsorship credit of $375.00 will be applied during the contract process. Hi, my name is Rocket! I'm an owner surrender from Minnesota. From the foster: It's now been six months since we started fostering Rocket, and here at home we call her Mary Lou! She is doing amazing at learning and growing! She's been working hard, and it shows. She was off of the adoptable dog list during this time but she's come a long way and is now ready to find her loving forever home. Anxiety is still something she deals with, and may always deal with to a degree, but medications (both Rx and over the counter) are really helping her out. Slow introductions with people continue to be necessary although she relaxes much more quickly than she did when she first arrived at our home. It'll take some more time, but we think this won't always be an issue for her. (and see note about TBB offering training to help with this included as part of her adoption!) She is an energetic puppy and loves to play hard with her toys and run around the yard, and then she crashes just as hard for a nap. Her rumbly snores are so cute! The couch is her favorite spot for naps, and she sleeps in bed with us at night. She likes to lay back-to-back or spoon with you. Mary Lou loves to be close by and will follow you all over the house. Regarding playing, she has now mastered 'shake' and is almost there with 'drop it' when we throw her tennis balls. She also knows 'sit' and 'stay', and - depending on her mood - she comes when called. Treats are a big motivator for her. Because she likes to be around her people so much, she doesn't like to be left alone for too long. She is not destructive at all and she doesn't have accidents, she just gets lonely. Fortunately for flexible work schedules, Mary Lou hasn't been home alone for more than about a 5 hour stretch. Even when we just pop out for a quick errand she is thrilled when we return home. Things we continue to work on: * Meeting people. As I mentioned above, this is improving! And once she feels safe, she loves the attention and having more friends to play with. * She still doesn't do great on walks. We're working on it, and this is something the trainer can help with as well. * Mary Lou has not been introduced to cats or other dogs yet. We have lots of bunnies, squirrels, and chipmunks in our yard, and she doesn't chase them. She seems to have a low hunting drive. A few times we've seen her just stop and look at the baby bunnies with her tail wagging. I think that with the right introduction she would probably be ok (and would likely love) living with a cat. Dog introductions will take more work. Mary Lou requires a fenced yard and someone who will take the time to finish helping her feel safe, and show her how great life can be. She is uncomfortable around loud noise and would prefer a quieter home. Mary Lou will thrive being part of a family that isn't gone for long periods of time. At this point, continuing with her anxiety protocol is also necessary. It's possible with training and growing out of puppyhood that it won't always be part of her life. Sweet and silly, Mary Lou is an absolutely amazing dog and is 1000% worth the effort. Literally every day we say that we wish we could keep her as part of our family. If you are looking for a cuddly friend who will love you with her whole heart and will make you laugh multiple times a day, Mary Lou is the girl for you. * Are you thinking about putting in an application for me but you're seeing that I may need some help with training? Not to worry! My adoption comes with training support because The Bond Between wants to help me and my forever family. They know that some dogs need some extra support after adoption and they are all about setting me up for success. You can ask to speak to a trainer if you'd like more information about it. The trainer will tell you that I am worth it! *

My name is Doug. From his foster: Doug is super sweet, happy, loving and playful - everyone that has met him, loves him. He's always excited to meet new people (is learning not to jump), eager to learn, treat motivated and very gentle when taking food from your hand. When you need him to be calm, he settles right in and loves to snuggle on the couch but likes his bed too / he sleeps in the best but weirdest positions. He very much enjoys car rides (but not the car wash!) and always loves being in our presence. We do not kennel him. He loves to meet us with a toy when we come home and "talks" to us with the squeakers. He is a VERY good dog and will be a loyal companion. Doug is intelligent and loves learning and praise. He lived between the city and a farm so likes to chase rabbits and squirrels; he becomes quite distracted in the yard and while walking, etc., we are working on that with a slip lead and harness. We heard he can jump fences although he has not jumped ours, but he hops like a deer so we believe it! Doug does not "ask" to go outside - his previous owner slept *a lot* and he stayed right with her so he is very used to holding his bladder. He's been with us since July and has never had an accident in the house. Although we know he lived temporarily with large breed dogs and did well, we have not witnessed him with other dogs so cannot answer the questions below honestly - the same goes for children although he hasn't shown aggression towards anyone in our home or yard.

Hi, my name is Claus and I am from Minnesota! From his foster: Claus is the sweetest boy! He is playful, smart, cuddly and hilarious. He would do well with other animals in the home or as the only dog. He's sleeping through the night and potty training is coming along really well! He's crate trained and is a perfect angel in it. He's loves outside time, wrestling, fetch, tug, chewing bones and sleeping by the heater. He also already knows sit, touch and off and is ready for more training!

Story
Hello my name is Oliver, I’m from Minnesota! From his foster: Meet Oliver – the sweetest soul who just wants to find his place in the world and be loved by his people. While he’s still building his confidence, especially around new people (particularly men), once Oliver warms up to you, he’s a cuddly and affectionate companion. It might take him a little time to settle in, but his gentle nature is worth the wait! In his previous home, Oliver was great around kids, and though we don't have children in our home, we have no doubt he would do well with them in the right environment – just remember, he's still a young puppy learning how to navigate the world and sometimes needs a little guidance. Oliver is almost 100% potty trained and does great on a schedule. He's still learning how to ask to go outside, but with a little patience, he’s on the right track. At night, he sleeps peacefully in his crate, and while he doesn’t spend a lot of time crated during the day, he’s comfortable for the occasional short period, like when we're running errands or out for dinner. Oliver and our resident dog, a 3-year-old female pit mix get along great and love to snuggle on the couch at the end of the day. He would also be perfectly content as an only dog as long as he has people to play with and love on. Oliver didn’t have the best start in life, and is still figuring out how to "dog", but he’s showing great progress. He’s currently in a Basic Obedience class with Paws Abilities and had a fantastic first day – a true star student! His adopter can (and should!) continue his training at a discounted rate. Oliver may not know commands like “sit” or “stay” just yet, but he’s learning fast. What he really needs most is a patient, loving home where he can feel safe and grow into the confident, loving dog he’s meant to be. If you're looking for a sweet companion, Oliver is your guy!

Story
Meet Champ, a striking 75-pound blend of Doberman Pinscher and Staffordshire Terrier, with a heart as big as his physique. This charming gentleman is on the lookout for a special lady to call his own. Champ takes his fitness seriously and loves to stay active. His long legs make him a fantastic runner, especially when he's bounding through winter snow on exhilarating trail runs. He's even a pro at solo fetch, enthusiastically tossing a toy and retrieving it with zest. Champ's game for a flirtatious tug of war, making him an excellent muscle-building partner. After a good workout, Champ indulges in some self-care by tending to his dental hygiene with chew toys by the fireside or a well-deserved Kong filled with peanut butter and a tasty milkbone. He may take a bit of time to warm up to new people, but once he's comfortable, his affection knows no bounds. Champ absolutely adores bedtime snuggles, relishing the role of the big spoon to keep you warm on those chilly nights. Champ would thrive in a home without shared walls, as he takes his job as your protector seriously and will alert you to any passerby with his enthusiastic barks. While he's great with other dogs, Champ isn't a fan of cats or small creatures. Due to his exuberance, he's best suited for a household with older children, preferably in middle school or above. When it comes to adults, Champ is looking for a home where he can be the center of attention among adult women. He's had some tough experiences in the past, likely with male figures, and prefers to avoid competition for affection. This wonderful boy would also benefit from a family with prior experience with bully breeds and confident, strong leadership. Champ isn't just brawn and good looks; he's also quite the smarty. He's already mastered commands like "sit," "shake," and "drop" during his time in foster care, and he's eager to learn more from his special lady. With impeccable manners, he's a joy to take out on the town, strutting his stuff with the leash in your capable hands. Champ is a sweet and playful companion seeking the perfect lady to be his exercise partner, snuggle buddy, and evening date. If you think you might be the one he's been waiting for, please send an application to his foster, and they'll arrange that first unforgettable date. ##1329389##
