Story
Lola recently moved to CT from California with her mom and cat-brother Tiger. The relocation to much smaller living quarters led to territorial issues. The two cats ended up not getting along, and Tiger became quite aggressive. Lola sustained and recovered from bite wounds that required vet care. The cats can no longer live together safely and she is being fostered at another location. Lola needs to be the only cat in preferably an adult and somewhat quiet home. She is an indoor only cat. Lola will need some adjustment time and will be pretty shy at first. Once she gets to know you, she loves being pet, brushed, and playing with toys. You will love her sweet purr! She is 10 years old, healthy, very calm, and low maintenance. We will provide her adopter with 1 month supply of food, treats, toys, brush, and litter box.

Story
Here’s Herbie, my beautiful, smart 3 year old cat. I adopted him two and a half years ago from a shelter in New Fairfield. He loves to snuggle. He and I have spent lots of time together with him on my chest or on my legs, purring away. He waits for me at the door when I go out. Herbie loves food and I have been able to teach him a couple of tricks using the clicker method and rewarding him with treats. He needs lots of attention. He likes to play; for example, to chase down plastic spring-y toys. But doesn’t like anyone to touch his feet and he hates being in the car. Although most of the time he is a loving, lovable pet, Herbie bites, which is why I’m sadly giving him up.

Story
I brought Sunny home as a kitten almost 5 years ago, he was born to another cat in the family. Sunny is a sweet, content, and curious cat who enjoys napping under warm blankets. He loves stomach rubs and random games of fetch (even though he never brings the ball back). Since Sunny has a little anxiety, we are hoping for a quiet home for him where he can feel safe and relaxed. Born: September 18, 2019

Story
I found her as a stray outside my house. Her momma unfortunately passed and I couldn’t stomach leaving a baby by themselves. She’s s been with me for around a year. I’m moving and I’m not allowed to have pets. She’s not good around dogs and I don’t know about other cats, but i know she’s very friendly and clingy, she’ll definitely love kids.

Story
We took Mushu in through a private adoption in November and quickly learned that our 2 year old male cat was not a fan of being a sibling to another feline. We tried our best over the last 7 months to get them to acclimate to the new situation but they both seem stressed. Mushu seems to love kids, but mostly when they're low energy. She's otherwise skittish unless she's in the mood for attention. She has a lot of kitten energy and I feel she would do best as an only pet or with another/younger kitten introduced to her rather than her being introduced to them. She will need to be spayed but is otherwise UTD on vaccines through July and has been indoor only aside from one tree rescue situation just a few weeks ago. I can provide screenshots of her vaccines. Adoption fee is just to cover a portion of the vetting she has received.
