Story
This is actually for my dad. He is a senior and living in a senior living apartment. He has had Tucker for roughly 8 years. Tucker was originally mine I took him from a friend whose daughter was allergic to him. I gave him to my dad when he stared fighting with my cat. He was a really good cat up till about 6 months ago when he stared not using his litter box. My dad took him to the vet several times changed his food and gave him medicine for what the vet said was a.parasite in his bladder. The parasite is gone but the behavior is still going in. My dad has had his carpet cleaned several times and his apartment professional cleaned to great cost to him. And recently he was reported again for the smell coming from his house . My father is out of money and options since he received a notice that if he does not get rid of the cat he will be evicted. We have tried everything to get help. We are now out of money and time. We need help because my father is going to be homeless.

Story
Meet Jack ☺️ Jack is a 5 year old male. He is incredibly sweet and cuddly. He loves to spend quality time. If you’re looking for the ultimate lap cat, Jack is definitely your guy! Jack loves to watch tv. His favorite thing to watch is bird videos on youtube but any of your favorite shows will do. He loves to sit in the window and watch any activity happening outside. Jack loves to play. His favorite toys are anything that dangles from a stick. Jack also loves enrichment toys. I have several that I am willing to send with him as well. The reason that I am rehoming Jack is that he has been having a difficult time getting along with my other male cat. Jack feels that he needs to compete with him quite a bit over me. I have tried for several years to remedy the situation and it truly hurts my heart that I have to rehome him. Jack is best suited as either an only male animal or an only pet. If you have any additional questions about Jack or would like to adopt him, please reach out!

Story
Meet Teemo, your new best friend! Teemo is a 1-year-old cat, looking for a home that can provide him with lots of snuggles and love! He's nearly always purring because he's so happy to be around people. He was found meowing outside of his foster family's home, and was so happy when they let him inside! Now he enjoys naptime snuggles, playing with his wand toy, and making biscuits on any and every soft blanket in the house.  Teemo is a very sweet and gentle cat, and would do amazing in a home with any family! He will absolutely headbutt you for pets and attention, and loves to give you little kisses on your nose!  Teemo is FIV+, which just means his immune system is a little weaker than your average kitty, but as an indoor only cat, he will have minimal risk to outside exposures and can live a long, healthy, happy cat life! If you're looking for a little love bug to join your family, Teemo is the perfect fit for you! ##2429028##

Story
See Peanut`s Transformation! From the Streets of Detroit to Lap Cat Just one day before February’s 2025 bitter cold set in, Peanut’s life changed forever. Peanut was rescued when a caretaker contacted a PAAW volunteer about a cat that started coming around that had a wound on the neck and was gurgling when breathing. The plan was to trap him and get him to a vet but Peanut didn`t show up the next morning, so a PAAW volunteer searched the neighborhood and managed to trap him just in time.We had to hold Peanut until we could get a vet appointment, but in just weeks of him being trapped, treated and neutered at the vet, Peanut who was dirty and a beat up tom cat who came in down and out, with an old abscess wound on his neck has had an INCREDIBLE transformation with his foster! Turns out with just a little bit of time, Peanut is a sweet and affectionate guy! Peanut likes being brushed and petted, soaking up every bit of love he missed for so long. He is already using a scratching post. Peanut`s foster and the volunteer that trapped him have given him a second chance at life, and now he’s ready for a forever home where he’ll never have to fight for survival again! The vet said Peanut tested FIV+, probably from all his year of being on the streets. We don’t know what Peanut has been through living outside, but we do know he deserves a great home with all the food he can eat! We are hoping he may be just the guy to add to your family! ***********FIV+ cats need love too! FIV is species specific, meaning only cats can be infected. FIV+ cats can live just as long as non-FIV cats. If introduced properly, FIV and Non-FIV cats can live happy and healthy lives together. The virus is very frail and can only live outside the body for a few seconds, and requires serious physical interaction, like deep bite wounds. Normal social interactions, such as grooming, sharing food and water bowls and litter boxes have no known risk of transmission. Peanut~born~4/2/18_____A special adoption fee is offered for FIV+ cats and can give you and the cat years of love and companionship. Please use these links for our:Online Adoption Application: paawarren.org/adopt/adoption-application-formWebsite for details, info: paawarren.orgFIV+ info: paawarren.org/pet-resources/fiv-positive-cats***PAAW’s Cat Café is now open in Farmington Hills! Story
This cat is bonded to J and Z. They are younger siblings. All 3 must go to same home. They do best as the only 3 cats in the home. B is 8 years. Z and J are 5 years. Owner has had 3 cancer surgeries. These cats have been Boarding And need a forever home with room to run around and be happy. They are all wet food motivated, and do need wet food given separately {siblings will steal each others food, then barf it up, because they need to eat it 1st), Wet food is not given daily but once a week as a treat. *** INDOOR ONLY/ NO DECLAWING!!!*** This cat is more affectionate then his younger siblings. He is not permitted in " bedroom" space at boarding, and when he wants more dry food in bowls, he rattles the door, lol He is a clever smart cat. He Will possibly chill out with someone on a couch perhaps. He is a smart cat and head butts the dogs, he knows. He has hugged my leg before with 1 paw to say ty when given a treat. This Cat has been through a lot and loves his younger siblings. They need a forever home together, no kicking outside or letting outside. Yes, he is Chipped. He has been by his siblings side through being sick a long time after getting a booster shot, that almost killed them. He is very loving to his siblings. Anyone wanna bring home 3 kitties as their forevers? if interested in this trio Send a pm and we will do a questionnaire, and then go from there,
