Get ready to meet the newest combo meal sensation, brought to you by McDonald's... Oops, we mean McDaddy and his sister wives, McMuffin and McFlurry! These delightful pups were discovered living in a McDonald's drive-thru, where they'd been flipping tails for months. The good news? One of the sister wives, McFlurry, has already found her forever home and is loving life! But the McDaddy-McMuffin duo is still awaiting their perfect match, whether that means together or apart. What's the secret sauce to their happiness? Well, these two definitely need another canine companion to keep those tails wagging! Let's meet the star of the show, McDaddy! He's a sweet, middle-aged guy with a low-energy vibe. He enjoys leisurely strolls through the yard, cozy couch naps, and most of all, he loves chilling in his crate while keeping a watchful eye on the house. McDaddy is a people lover, but he's not so keen on the little ones-they make him a bit nervous. However, when it comes to other dogs, he's a real team player, and those pesky cats? Well, he's too smart to bother with them. He's diligently working on his housetraining manners and wears a fancy belly band until he's mastered it all. But for a former drive-thru aficionado, he's adjusting beautifully to the cozy comforts of home life, complete with his very own spot and foster humans who adore him for exactly who he is! With a heart full of gratitude for his newfound safety, regular meals, and understanding and loving people, McDaddy is more than ready for his forever companion, whether it's a friend for your dog or a package deal with his lovely sister, McMuffin. So, if you're ready to add a dash of love and happiness to your life, don't leave McDaddy at the drive-thru! Swing by and let him be the perfect addition to your family. And don't forget to check out his stunning sister, McMuffin-she's head over paws for her foster home too! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX)

Hi, my name is Oreo! I'm a sweet, happy boy who absolutely loves treats! I'll sit up super straight and even scooch forward little by little to get the treat in your hand—it's my special trick! I'm great with other dogs, love kids, and I'm always ready for an adventure. I'm crate trained, housebroken, and walk on a leash, though I could use a little more leash training to perfect my skills. Story
Meet Chevy – Your Adventure Buddy! Chevy isn’t your average couch-potato pup—he’s a true explorer! This curious and energetic boy thrives on daily walks, jogs, and new adventures. He’s always ready to hit the trail or explore the neighborhood, so an active home is the perfect match for him. Chevy is a smart, playful, and highly trainable dog who needs regular mental and physical stimulation to stay happy. Puzzle toys, training sessions, and interactive play are right up his alley! He walks fairly well on a leash—though he may pull ahead if you're moving too slow—but with consistency and guidance, he’ll be walking like a champ. He gets along with most other dogs, loves to play, and enjoys snuggling up after a fun-filled day. Chevy is sensitive and thrives in a home with a steady routine. He may need a little extra reassurance during comings and goings, but he bonds deeply with his people. He’s crate-trained (for short periods) and fully potty trained, but extended crate time can lead to boredom—he’s just too smart to sit still for long! If you're looking for a loyal, loving, and adventurous companion, Chevy’s ready to be your new best friend! $200 In State Adoption Fee (in Texas) $400 Out of State Fee (includes Transportation to your area) $50 Temporary fuel surcharge.

Story
Reese is a sweet 2.5-year-old, 66-pound terrier mix with the most beautiful light tan coat. Reese is quite the snuggle bug! She lives for scritches and snoot kisses. She’s officially house broken and kennel trained. Reese has picked up on appropriate manners at meal time (her second favorite time of day) and basic commands. She’s shy around new people, but quickly warns up if they offer pets or cheese. She loves to play and wrestle before taking a good nap. She’s not a chewer, but does love to carry her stuffies around. She’s been fascinated by the guinea pig, she’ll sit and watch her for hours, but has never been aggressive towards her. Our cats have steered clear of her, but she hasn’t shown much interest in them. She needs a good home with a playmate and a decent yard or daily walks. She’d be the perfect family dog, she’s very loving and gentle.IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adoptAll of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location. Petfinder lists our pets as 'Out of Town' pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it. You can read more about transport here: www.charmingpetrescue.org/transportWe understand transport is not an option for everyone, but we offer it at the cost we pay the transport company for those who wish to adopt from us.May 5, 2025, 11:29 am

Story
Hi, I’m George (Georgie)!🐶✨ Full-time good boy. Part-time toddler wrangler. I’m a professional napper, expert snack detector, and self-appointed neighborhood squirrel patrol. I live with my 2.5-year-old foster human—he’s sticky, loud, and a little clumsy, but I love him. We’re best friends. I help him eat things he drops (on purpose, I swear), and he helps me sneak onto the furniture. It’s a beautiful partnership. My hobbies include: 🦴 Chewing things that were definitely not meant for chewing 🚨 Barking at absolutely nothing 💤 Dramatic flops in high-traffic areas 💖 Following my tiny human like a shadow with a tail I take my job as emotional support floof very seriously. If you sit down, I will sit on you. If you’re eating, I will stare into your soul. And if you ask “Who’s a good boy?”—spoiler alert: it’s me.
