He recently lost his home when his former owner left him behind, and he’s now looking for a new family to love him. Despite being deaf, Dominic is a wonderful, easygoing companion. He’s very friendly with people and gets along well with other dogs. He’s been staying temporarily with a family, but sadly they can’t keep him long-term. Dominic is already neutered, microchipped, fully vetted, and heartworm negative. He’s truly a great dog who deserves a safe and loving forever home to spend his golden years. Yum is a playful, sweet, loyal companion who loves exercise, chewing bones, and cozying up next to you on the couch. Yum is house trained, sleeps all night in her crate, and is content to nap in her crate during the day for a couple hours at a time. She is generally a quiet dog- not a barker. She has lived in an apartment in NYC in a very busy neighborhood and enjoys the city's dog parks and trainer-run day care, but we think she'll be happier in a less hectic environment. Yum is now is in a 6 week board and train program in Connecticut where she's doing great-- we have one video here and will share more soon! Yum is so eager to please her people. She can be protective. She needs an experienced dog owner who loves and understands her breed. Her ideal home is with an active person who can provide lots of leadership, structure, routine, and outside time, along with lots of affection. Ashton would thrive in a home with daily physical and mental activity so an outdoorsy person who goes on brisk daily walks or hikes would be a great fit for Ashton.
