She’s highly trainable and eager to learn, especially when she has a confident dog friend to show her the ropes. Kia would thrive in a home with a friendly, playful male dog who can be both a running buddy and a positive role model. She does great in the car, walks nicely on leash, and loves people and other dogs. Like many smart adolescent pups, Kia can get excited by the world around her and may bark when she sees new things—she’s learning best when walked with other dogs and benefits from guidance and structure. She’s active, curious, and ready to blossom with an adopter who enjoys outdoor activities, and helping a young dog build confidence. Kia is looking for a home that will continue her training, provide regular exercise, and appreciate her intelligence and goofy charm. Blue is a 4 year old neutered male cattle dog mix with one blue eye and one brown! He is very sweet with people and dogs once he warms up to them. He has not been observed around young children. He is very interested in cats but can live with them if supervised. He loves being pet and playing with toys. He is medium energy: he is happy to play in the yard and lay on the couch. He is potty trained but can have accidents. Blue came from a neglectful environment where he was kept outdoors 24/7 with no interaction and limited resources. Due to the circumstances of his case, we cannot publish photos of him, but we will happily provide them if you reach out.

Adopted as a puppy through HFP back in 2020, Indigo is looking for a quiet, calm adult home as your one and only! ✅ no separation anxiety ✅ housetrained, crate trained ✅ wonderful base of basic training ✅ smart & trainable ✅ cutest submissive grin/wiggle butt when you come home ✅ moderate activity (relaxed inside but loves to fetch and play!) ✅ doing much better at car travel He was adopted as a 4 month old puppy through HFP but sadly returned 3 years later -- he is currently in a Sacramento Foster home but is really in need of a home of his very own as his foster cannot keep him forever. More about Isco: he has a great base of training and ready to impress you with all his cues, including: Sit, Wait/Stay, Bed, Crate, Down and Off. He walks well on leash and doesn’t pull a ton. He LOVES to sniff everything during his walkies aka Sniffaris ( but doesn’t stop to mark, only sniff). He would do best in a quieter neighborhood as very busy places can make him nervous. Moderate energy -- he loves playing fetch in the backyard and a long daily walk would be ideal for Isco. In the home he is relaxed and independent. He has lived with 2 small dogs in the past and may be able to make dog acquaintances with slow intros but does not have a ton of experience with other dogs at this time. He would do best as prince of the palace as a solo dog in the home. Indigo previously lived with a cat who he loved to play with but can chase other cats, he may do well in a home with a well-matched cat friends; we ALWAYS recommend slow intros into the home/early separation for cats/dogs as they get to know one another. Indigo has the CUTEST prance and loves to play fetch. He is treat motivated which makes continued training and intros to people much more of a breeze. Housetrained, Crate Trained, around 55 lbs. Neutered, Vaccinated, Vetted, ready to be yours! Indigo adoption donation is sponsored. You might be wondering what “sponsored” means. A dog is sponsored when their foster or a donor loves them so much that they cover the adoption donation for a future adopter. This in hopes that the pup finds his or her forever family ASAP!

(CAN'T REMOVE LAST TWO PICS, GLITCH I CAN'T FIGURE OUT). Toffee is a 6 years old rescue. Got her has a puppy. She's very healthy & crate trained. She's great with other dogs, just have to feed her separate. She's generally very friendly with people, and can be very playful and loving. Main issue: Not aggressive, but can get temperamental & moody when tired or annoyed. Isn't great with younger kids, . She likes to be pet around the neck, head & ears, but not around belly or body. She LOVES a good butt scratch & even gives a dance! She likes to curl up in your lap with a blanket. She loves to chase balls & run outside, just doesn't always bring it back- lol. She's good about staying in when we come in the door every day. Doesn't look to get out. She's treat motivated & knows commands like sit & speak. We can provide a crate and up to date vet documents
