Story
Whitney is a stunningly gorgeous 12-week-old female shepherd/cattle mix puppy that weighs approximately 13 pounds of love & sweetness and is almost completely house-trained.  Whitney uses the pee pads at night but pretty much sleeps through the whole night in her foster family's master bedroom.  Puppy Whitney has not been needing a crate or pen, and sleeps on her own puppy bed.  Whitney is incredibly smart and knows how to play fetch loves other friendly dogs gets along beautifully with her foster family dogs and does great with kids.  Whitney loves everyone she meets and she’s learning commands very quickly. She enjoys long walks on the beach and loves the water.  Whitney will do best with an active family willing to keep her busy and since she’s part Australian cattle dog, she loves having work and staying busy. We encourage our puppy adopters to provide them with stability, structure, consistency, exercise, love, and puppy training, to set them up for success. Whitney is very sensitive, independent, aware, and inquisitive. Not really a cuddle dog and prefers to sit on her own, near you, and at your feet. She isn’t a fan of being carried around but she’s extremely attentive to her loved ones and is very loyal and loving.  Whitney has received her first round of puppy boosters, comprehensive fecal test, and wellness exam and is microchipped and has received her deworming. She’s packed and ready for fun adventures with her loving forever family. If you're interested in adopting Whitney, please fill out an application at www.doggiebonez.com. A DNA test done on Duchess showed that she and the other puppies are ~50% Australian cattle dog, ~30% German Shepherd, and ~20% Dutch Shepherd. Mom appears to be a GSD and Dutch Shepherd.Duchess was originally adopted as a puppy but was later returned due to family health issues. Duchess is now looking for a new forever family. She is full of life and love and would enjoy an active family to live her life with. Duchess would be best partnered with a male dog or as an only dog! She is a lot of fun and will make someone an excellent companion! The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old).
