He was found wandering the streets of Menifee and ended up following a little boy home from school. The single mom could not keep him because of her landlord and reached out to rescues to help her. Zoe is a tricolor Mini Australian Shepherd who turned 10 on April 20. She’s affectionate, active, and loves to cuddle. Zoe is house-trained, spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and in excellent health with recent bloodwork. She’s had consistent vet care, grooming, dental cleanings, and monthly flea/heartworm prevention.She’s best in a home with older teens/adults. She doesn’t always do well at dog parks or around loud young children, but she does well with familiar dogs and has lived with other dogs in the same home for years. Zoe needs daily exercise and prefers to be around her owner during the day, not alone.We’re sadly rehoming Zoe because she has become uneasy around our toddler and her herding instincts have caused her to nip during play. We have a baby on the way and it will be too difficult for us to manage. She would do great in any other household and is very loyal, obedient, and affectionate. She does VERY well on plane flights and is generally calm. Message me with questions.
