Story
Age: 2-3 yearsSex: femaleWeight: 45 lbsBreed: Red heeler mix Mabel is quite the treat!!! She is full of energy, has a HUGE personality and so much love to give. She absolutely loves toys and anything she can play with. She’s very self entertaining as well. She does need guidance with jumping as she gets so excited with human interaction. She is probably one of the sweetest gals we have and will make an amazing companion. She is dog selective, does not seem to mind cats when tested through a kennel and enjoys children. She needs an active family and we do believe she’ll do best as an only child. Her history is unknown and was a surrender to the shelter quite some time ago . ##1671181##

Story
Mama 1.5 years Australian cattle dog X 45lbs full grown Leash trained Kennel trained LOVES KIDS!  Mama is shy to other animals at first and sometimes will snap at them but with slow introductions, she gets along well with others and loves to play.  Mama has a high energy level because she is still young. She loves to go places, for walks, and play fetch. She alsoLoves to play in water! She does know how to calm down and rest when it is appropriate.  Hi, I’m Mama!  I got my name because I came from an old coyote den with my babies. We were all starving to death and missing hair. A nice lady took us in and she started referring to me as “Mama” and the name just kind of stuck. After 3 months at my foster home, my babies left to the SPCA in Kansas and I stayed here. I didn’t really mind because I kinda like this family and the fact that I’m treated like royalty. I have my own thrown. The people call it a kennel but to me, it’s a thrown with a nice fluffy dog blanket and bed. I enjoy spending time with my foster mom and foster siblings. We go for walks, rides in the car, we play fetch and they even give me treats quite often. I love to run and play. My foster mom started putting me on this rope thing called a lead because I enjoy climbing the gate and going for adventures. I do chase cars if I get the chance. I really just like to show how fast I am. I LOVE when my foster mom lets me snuggle on the couch. I know how to sit if you have a surprise for me. I walk gently on a leash. I’m a professional squirrel and bird hunter. So if I see one, just hold on to my leash firmly. I am curious about cats. I live with one and I really wanna play with him but my foster mom won’t let me. I am shy to new people and animals. I do best with slow introduction. I don’t really like when men approach me wearing hats. I feel scared and will bark. I’m still learning table manners. I love to see what’s on the counter. I’m excited to find a forever family and I sure hope they have kids for me to play with! ##2009702##

Story
Mojo was found as a stray and we made every effort to find his owners but to no avail. He is an Aussie mix and of course with the breed comes high activity. I will say that he loves his down time though! He is NOT an apartment dog. He needs a good sized fenced yard. He is not great in a crowd of dogs but will do well with a sister or brother to play with. He hasn't been tested with cats so we don't know about that. The vet believes his age to be about 6 years. He's neutered, vaccinated, crate trained and heart worm negative. He is more than ready for his forever home! ADOPTION FEE $400 PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MEET OUR PETS PRIOR TO ADOPTION!
