He's incredibly friendly, enjoys meeting new people, and loves spending time with his favorite humans. Whether it's going for long walks, playing in the yard, or exploring new trails, Chase is happiest when he's on the move. Chase gets along well with other dogs and would love a canine companion to play with. However, he's looking for a cat-free home where he can truly thrive. Like any young pup, Chase will do best with a family committed to providing him with plenty of exercise, enrichment, and continued training. Meet Pup – Looking for His Loving Forever Home Pup is a sweet, energetic 7-year-old Australian Cattle Dog and Beagle mix who loves playing ball, herding animals, and getting plenty of cuddles. He has a big personality and so much love to give. Pup is good with kids and babies and does well with some dogs and cats. Due to his separation anxiety, Pup needs more one-on-one attention and companionship than I’m currently able to provide. This is a very difficult decision, but I want to find him a loving home where he can receive the time, care, and affection he deserves. I hope to find someone who will love him as much as I do and give him the happy life he deserves.

Zion is a very obedient, intelligent, and affectionate cattle dog who thrives when he has a job to do. He loves going for walks and is an enthusiastic swimmer—water is one of his absolute favorite things. He’s great with other dogs and gets along well in multi-dog homes. With kids he’s just okay. He does best with an experienced handler who understands cattle dogs (or herding breeds in general) and can give him structure, mental stimulation, and purposeful activity. A farm, acreage, or active rural/suburban lifestyle where he can work and burn energy would be ideal. He’s not the right fit for a low-activity or first-time dog owner. One important note so you know what to expect: When you pet him he loves it—then sometimes nips at you in response. He has never bitten and the nipping is not aggressive; it seems more like he gets overstimulated and has an “off” switch that doesn’t fully work. It’s a quirk that an experienced cattle-dog person will understand and can manage.

We are looking for a responsible, experienced forever home for our 5-year-old Australian Cattle Dog. He has been part of our family (mom, dad, and two kids) and lives happily with our two other dogs—he truly loves his housemates and is affectionate with the people he knows. He is an active, playful dog who thrives on walks, playtime, and interaction. He is highly intelligent, knows all his basic commands, and is obedient. He is great with our kids and very affectionate once he trusts you. Important notes for potential adopters: He can be protective when strangers come to the house, which is typical of the breed. We strongly recommend an experienced owner who understands Australian Cattle Dogs and can provide consistent leadership. Ideally, a home without frequent kids coming in and out would be the best fit. He also has a couple of endearing (and funny) quirks: he sometimes tries to “herd” the kitchen cabinets and will jump at tree branches. These are classic herding-breed behaviors.
