She is doing great in her foster home a little afraid of new surroundings but adapted and quit hiding after 3 days. She has warmed up to the family kids and dog in her foster home. She is learning that life in the house isn't so bad. This is what her foster mom had to say: Harper is a 2 year old Aussie with a gentle heart and so much potential. She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once she feels safe, her sweet personality really starts to shine. Harper is eager to learn and truly wants to connect with her person, she just needs a little patience and encouragement to blossom.She loves going on walks and enjoys having a routine. As a typical Aussie, she's smart and attentive, and she'll thrive with someone who can continue building her confidence and giving her positive guidance. Bentley is a loyal, intelligent dog who is eager to learn and easy to train. We rescued him a few years ago, and for much of that time, he was our only dog. Two years ago, he became a father to six puppies, and while we found loving homes for most of them, we kept two. At first, Bentley was fine with the puppies, but as they grew older, he became more protective—especially around his food and the house when they come inside. He seems anxious around them and would truly thrive as the only dog in a home where he can feel secure and relaxed. Bentley takes a little time to warm up to new people, but once he does, he’s an incredibly loyal companion. We welcome prospective adopters to visit him multiple times to ensure it’s a great match. She would also do best in a quieter household that does not have tons of new people coming in and out all of the time. She is housebroken and well behaved at home. She gets along well with other dogs. No kitties please. She is kid friendly with proper introductions. Adoption fee: $150. KayKay is spayed and current on vaccines.
