Rosalita and her sister Marietta were dumped in the country. A lady contacted me and brought them to me. Rosalita is the sweetest girl. She is happy, confident, and spunky. She weighs about 20 lbs and has two different colored eyes. She is great with dogs of all sizes and with cats. She is the perfect pocket-sized doggie friend. She is currently still in Oklahoma where she was rescued but she can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. She has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport at one of our transport drop off locations below. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, we will either find a local foster to take her in or she will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found. Despite everything hes been through, he never lost his gentle spirit. Thanks to an incredible foster, Toby was given the chance to heal, and today hes healthy, happy, and officially finished with heartworm treatment. Now, hes ready for what hes always deserved: a forever home. Now for the best part - Toby himself. Toby is what we lovingly call a stage-five clinger. He thrives on affection and wants to be as close to his person as possible. After a hard start to life, he’s learning that love is here to stay, and that reassurance means everything to him. With time and security, his foster is confident he’ll settle into a more balanced independence but for now, expect a loyal shadow. True to his Australian Shepherd roots, Toby is incredibly smart, athletic, a great swimmer, and eager to engage. Toys are his passion if there’s something he can carry around proudly in his mouth, he will. Hes also an excellent running partner; his foster mom is training for a marathon, and Toby easily keeps pace for five miles and beyond. An active home that enjoys exercise and mental stimulation is a must for this guy. Toby is already potty trained, crate trained, and knows basic commands. Hes still polishing his manners (especially when excitement leads to jumping), but he’s eager to learn and quick to catch on. He loves kids including toddlers and does great with other dogs, especially playful companions. While hes friendly and social, he’d do best with a dog who wants to be his buddy rather than a dominant “boss.” Toby is pure heart. He rides beautifully in the car, walks nicely on leash, and wants nothing more than to be included in everyday life with his people. Rocko is a red tri Australian Shepherd who will turn 6 years old in March. Originally from Arkansas, he’s the perfect mix of sweet and spirited — a little wild sometimes, but in that fun, lovable Aussie way. Rocko is loyal, incredibly smart, and very attentive. He’s been around small children annd other dogs and does great with them, though he hasn’t lived with other animals. True to his breed, he loves swimming, hiking, and any kind of outdoor adventure. The only reason for rehoming is that our little one has severe allergies to both cats and dogs, which trigger eczema and asthma. It’s been heartbreaking for both of them because they adore each other, but Rocko deserves a home where he can be free and live his full Aussie life. He’s ready to bring joy, loyalty, and endless energy to a loving home that understands the Aussie spirit.
