Me and my twin brother rescued this pup from a broken home. With lots of travel and living in an apartment this dog has a lot of energy and truly needs a place to stay with just more attention. The dog is great, crate trained, typically puppy and honestly have fallen in love with Maverick. He gets along with other dogs and having others would be great. I'm Zuri and I'm just as sweet as I am pretty! My mom was an Aussie mix, and I'm likely to stay small/medium sized. My paws are tiny. I'm not sure how my ears are going to end up as they do different stuff every day! My favorite thing to do is cuddle, and I will plead with my big beautiful brown eyes until you pick me up. I love all dogs and play well with all sizes. I'm very intelligent and figure things out pretty quickly. I'm working on my potty training but for now I'm using pee pads with amazing accuracy! With a heavy heart, I’m looking to rehome my 6-year-old dog to a home where she can truly thrive. With the recent addition of a baby, it’s become clear that she does best in a quieter, more predictable environment. She is incredibly affectionate, loyal, and bonds deeply with her person. One of her favorite things in the world is playing catch—she absolutely loves it and could play for hours. While she has generally done well with other dogs, she has been attacked in the past, which has led to some anxiety around them. Because of this, she would do best as the only dog in the home, where she can feel safe and relaxed. She would be a wonderful companion for someone looking for a devoted, loving dog in a calm, adult-only home. Finding the right fit for her is my top priority.
