Story
Nebula, a truly beautiful dog. While her past holds some hardship – she was found living on the streets with her seven puppies – her spirit shines through. Nebula is a sweet and beautiful girl, possessing a gentle nature that will blossom with the right amount of patience and understanding. Nebula's intelligence is evident in her quick grasp of commands. She's already house-trained and crate-trained, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt. She enjoys walks immensely, exhibiting a calm and easy-going temperament. What Nebula truly desires is a loving home where she can finally feel safe and secure. While her street life has made her initially cautious around new people, once she builds trust, her playful puppy-like energy resurfaces. It's a beautiful transformation to witness. We believe Nebula would thrive in a quiet and patient home, ideally with someone experienced in working with dogs who have experienced trauma. With the right care, she'll become the most loyal and loving companion imaginable. If you're interested in learning more about Nebula and potentially offering her a loving forever home, please don't hesitate to contact us. $200 In State Adoption Fee (in Texas) $400 Out of State Fee (includes Transportation to your area) $50 Temporary fuel surcharge.

Monty is a great name for a great dog like me ;) I have the Monty Python kind of humor... goofy and sweet! But, don't mess with my crate! That really is my only "pet: peeve!! I was found on the streets 2 years ago and was adopted as a pup... however, I became the boss in the house and didn't like anyone entering the house that I didn't know :( SO..... Back to the rescue, because they won't give up on me!! So here I am and I have really adjusted to the environment and new people meeting me and treats and lots of love. AND the crew here basically has determined that I need a family/adopters that will be in charge of the house. Someone I can trust to protect me so I don't have to!! I am vocal in my crate, so my crate needs to be away from the common areas so I can relax and not meet everyone that stops by. Once I settle into my new home I will follow your lead! I am a gorgeous boy, with caramel and milk chocolate highlights in my soft fur. I want to please my family and go on all kinds of adventures! I am awesome out and about, meeting new people and new friends :D I hope you will look into my eyes, the windows to my soul, and see the HOPE I have to find my own home again! The rescue is great because I got a second chance, but I REALLY want a home!! Local adoption only $200 (in TX)

Story
Blaze is 4 yrs old, very calm, loves people. He’s been with our family since we rescued him at 8 weeks. (His litter was found abandoned in the woods). He has been an amazing friend for four years, growing up with our three young girls. Hey everyone need some help! Our family had to make the painful decision to re-home him because we we moved to CA at the end of April and it would not be a conducive environment for him. We re-homeded him with a long time friend and neighbor a couple weeks ago who promised us they would take care of him, and then turned around and dropped him off at animal control a day later because they forgot they were allergic to dogs. I had a friend pick him up so he could get out of the shelter but she cannot have dogs in her apartment long term, so we need to find home an appropriate home asap. All the change and moving around has been rough on him so he will need some TLC

Story
Blaze is a super friendly dog who just needs someone who can be at home with him more than I can at the moment. He loves to be loved and go for walks. He does have some hip problems but can still easily climb stairs. Does need some patience and assistance with getting in the car. Was in a home with young kids, cats, and another dog but owner ended up moving across the country and could not take him so I have been keeping him for a short time.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Beau is a Butterfinger on four legs: fun-size and ready to party.  If you have an energetic house and are looking for a dog sibling to balance it out — Beau is the guy for you.  He comes from the Chris Farley school of comedy, rolling into a slapstick fall just to make you smile. He plays rough and tumble, a strong boy with a soft mouth.  After he wears out all his buddies, he’ll come find his person, bat his fawn lashes with sincere eyes, and then fall asleep, soft and secure.  Beau will be a treasure to his forever home.    Medical Notes: Neutered Vaccinated Microchipped Heartworm Negative Maintained on monthly preventatives Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 12, 2025, 12:39 pm

Story
Hi, I’m Arlo! An adorable almost 2 year old Australian Shepherd! I am on the hunt for my perfect family and I am hoping to find it here. I am a BIG fan of laying right beside you if you're cooking, relaxing or outside sun bathing. I love a good scratching! I do great with other dogs and would do well with older children as well. I am weary of strangers and will bark at them if I feel threatened. I despise a crate and will try to convince you that I am dying while in one, but after a few minutes I calm down. I've never pottied in the crate for my foster Mom. I am a medium energy dude with a lot of love to give to those that give me the time and patience to adjust to new schedules and surroundings. I do get excited when my foster Mom gets home and can hop 3 feet in the air, because she needs to see me! If I have a brother or sister fur pup, I will play with them, but I want your attention the most! I’M HERE WAITING! Go ahead and take a chance on me! Name: Arlo Age: Almost 2 years old Sex: Male Breed: Mini Australian Shepherd Weight: 28 lbs Located In: Nashville, Tn Temperament/ Energy Level: Medium Energy Recommendation for Kids: older calmer Relationship with Dogs: good Relationship with Cats: Not tested Neutered/ Spayed: yes Crate Trained: dislikes crate but okay if you come back House Trained: In Progress (inside pad trained & will use bathroom outside if given frequent breaks) Leash Trained: In Progress (harness is best) Fence Required: Preferred but not required Preferences: Would love someone with patience because I've had a rough past. I don't like anything loud, so I just need a little time to adjust. Here is our application: https://www.australianshepherdsfurever.org/adoption-application There is an additional $20 microchip transfer fee which includes registration and transfer to her new furever family.

Story
Fostered in Murfreesboro, TN, meet Kyra (pronounced KEERA)! This little spitfire was born to do dog sports, so if you have experience in this area and are looking for your next partner, you’ve come to the right spot. She is about 1 year old and 38 lbs. Miss Kyra is extra high energy and high velcro and needs an adopter who understands how to work with dogs like this. Her foster grandma calls her “little miss Mighty Might” because she is so go-go-go! Kyra’s favorite games currently are frisbee and Chuck-It in the backyard. She would be great at disc, agility, lure coursing, or flyball (and probably any other sport). She does fine with her foster brother and other dogs, but is generally not interested in playing with dogs. She much prefers playing with her humans, which means a lot of dedicated time to her throughout the day. Kyra is quite barky, so places like apartments and townhomes are not likely to be a good fit. She is extra friendly with new women but takes a few minutes to warm up to men (treats and fetch will win her over in a jiffy, her foster dad is now her favorite person ever). Kyra is crate trained; she sleeps in her crate and stays in her crate when the humans are out of the house. She is housebroken as long as she has frequent trips outside otherwise she won’t be able to hold it. She prefers to ride in a crate for car rides; if that can be accommodated she’s a dynamite traveler. Has not been kid tested but her fosters feel she would be fine. Must have’s: experience with high energy herding dogs, large fenced yard preferred or experience training boundaries (she has been known to chase cars), dog sport experience preferred, extremely active lifestyle. If Kyra sounds like the pawfect fit for you, fill out an application ASAP. She is spayed, UTD on shots and ready to go home! Here is our application: https://www.australianshepherdsfurever.org/adoption-application There is an additional $20 microchip fee which include registration and transfer to her new furever family.

Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Nashville, TN Meet Ollie! He is an 2 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs 45 lbs. He is neutered, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Ollie is fearful of strangers! No younger children, or cats, due to his reactivity! He is hostile around the dogs inside of the home, but is good with dogs at daycare and outside of the home! He hasn’t been tested around older children. He is housebroken and crate-trained. Ollie is given fluoxetine for his anxiety when he is in stressful situations. He bit one of the owner’s friends on their rear end and then ran way. He also bit another one of the owner’s friends on the shoulder and ran away. These incidents occurred while the friends were inside of the owner’s home. He also nipped a friend’s roommate while the friend was watching him inside of their home. The owner is surrendering him because he has fear aggression towards strangers and younger children. Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Nashville, TN Meet Ollie! He’s an incredible walking and running partner — calm, focused, and respectful on the leash, even when passing other dogs and people. Whether it’s a 7-mile run or a daily walk, he’s always up for it and makes the perfect exercise buddy. At home, Ollie is the definition of chill. He’s content snuggling on the couch, soaking up love from his people, and being a calm, quiet companion. He’s incredibly smart and picks up new tricks in just a day or two. He’s also crate trained, fully potty trained, and thrives with a predictable routine. Ollie has so much love to give — he just needs a home that understands his needs and can offer him the safe, structured environment where he truly shines. Story
Meet Kage, the ultimate good boy who's just so darn cute! This gentleman is a pro at house living, fully potty trained, and a master at walking on a leash and harness. He's a social butterfly, getting along famously with other dogs and loving those backyard playdates with his pals. Kage is a stunning mix of Lab and Border Collie, the perfect blend of intelligence and family-friendliness. He's just the right size, like a mini Lab or a slightly larger Border Collie. When you find two fantastic things that go together like peanut butter and jelly, you celebrate! Kage is that winning combo, and now you can celebrate by making him a cherished member of your family. His temperament is pure gold - sweet as honey with everyone he meets. Now, here's the scoop: Kage is a special needs pup, and he's looking for someone who can be with him about 90 percent of the time. Storms, rain, and loud noises send him into severe panic attacks, and he's been known to chew through walls when anxiety strikes. Crates aren't his jam because of past storm-related trauma. He's also dealing with seizures, so he's on medication for that. Kage would thrive in a local adoption, and he's best as a single dog with no cats or small animals around. He's a wonderful companion for older kids, and he loves nothing more than cuddles and long walks. He's got the whole house training thing down too. His foster mom adores him and has prepared him for his forever family as best she can. Now, the ball is in your court. Remember, when you adopt Kage, you're not just bringing home a good boy; you're giving him the loving, understanding home he deserves. Don't shop, adopt, because Kage's life depends on it! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Lilo Layla may be a complex name for a simply happy puppy but it helps describe who I am :) i AM a happy/hoppy puppy, my foster mom says i have very high energy- which interprets as..... I need kids and other dogs to wear me out :) See?? Not so hard to interpret!! I am also called: sweet, stubborn, and finally ALL PUPPY!!! That likely doesn't need an explanation :D We believe I am part Heeler and Border Collie. I have serious puppy teeth so older kids better for my puppy teeth :) I am afraid of Cats, even though I want to chase other small animals, I got RESPECT for the kitties! I am crate trained, learning to walk on a harness and leash. She goes from 0 to 100- ALL PUPPY!!! So there you have it! I am the total package! 1) PUPPY, 2) very CUTE, 3) SMART, 4) GOOD WITH EVERYONE (except squirrrels, lol) and AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION!!!
