Please apply online at http://texasgreatdane.org/adoption-application/       ** This dog is in a foster home in San Antonio, TX. Prospective adopters must be able to travel to San Antonio to complete the adoption process.  Please apply online at http://texasgreatdane.org/adoption-application/ ** Meet Dante! Dante is a handsome 2-year-old red & white Australian Shepherd with a friendly personality and a big, happy heart. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and loves people of all sizes—he’s the kind of dog who makes friends wherever he goes. Dante is housebroken with the use of a dog door and enjoys his daily walks, treats, and spending time with his humans. He can be barky when kenneled, so an apartment setting may not be the best fit for him, but a home where he has space and routine will help him thrive. This brave boy has completed his heartworm treatment and is expected to test negative at his next check. Dante is ready to start the next chapter of his life—healthy, happy, and full of love. Could he be the perfect match for you? Please understand you are committing to providing a good home for his entire life (up to 10+ years or more.) You must be committed to housebreaking, age-appropriate enrichment and exercise, leash training, grooming needs, and positive socialization. His adoption fee is $200. This includes his neuter surgery, rabies vaccination, Nobivac® Canine 1-DAPP vaccination, Nobivac® Intra-Trac 3 vaccination, Drontal® Plus, IDEXX SNAP® 4Dx Plus Test, 24PetWatch® microchip, and leash and collar. Please be aware that puppies and small breed dogs do get adopted quickly so interested parties are encouraged to apply online at www.saspca.org.   Please ensure your application is complete before submitting. We do verify property ownership, landlord references, apartment/HOA restrictions, veterinary references. Our adoption events are held every other Saturday at Petco located in the Northwoods Shopping Center at 18138 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio TX 78232.  Event hours are 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.    Additional questions may be directed to sagdinfo@gmail.com. ** This dog is in a foster home in San Antonio, TX. Story
We bought Ellie from a pet store when she was only 5 months old. She is so playful, incredibly smart and loves to run around outside. She picks up quickly on commands and continues to adapt to new ones. Ellie does require a lot of play time and outside activity, she thrives at the park and loves playing with bouncy balls. Ellie would benefit the most with someone who has a backyard and also enjoys spending time out and about. EXPERIENCE in high energetic dogs is recommended. We would love Ellie to go to a home where she can be loved and cared for in a environment that best suites her breed and activity level.

Story
Woody is a bright, energetic young pup who loves to run, play, and make new friends; human, canine, and feline. He’s especially fond of squeaky toys and sticks! He also enjoys playtime with other dogs. Though initially a bit shy, he warms up quickly and shows his sweet, playful personality. Woody has only ever known his name and responds to it very well for a five-month-old puppy. He is also (mostly) crate trained and settling nicely into a structured routine. While bath time isn’t his favorite, he loves splashing in water and exploring outdoors. Woody would thrive in an active home that can keep up with his enthusiasm and help him continue growing into a confident, well-rounded dog.
