Rocket is an energetic 2 year old blue heeler. He was a rescue dog. Rocket loves walks and playing fetch, and just being outdoors in general. He needs to be in a house with no other dogs or cats as he is just a 1 animal household type of dog. He tends to herd our dogs. Rocket doesn’t like strangers. He needs some training. Rocket is potty trained and a perfect friend to have. A home with a big yard would be ideal. We are heartbroken to find a new home for Rocket but we aren’t home enough to spend the time outside he needs. Crate included.

Oh my cuteness! Meet Lemon Drop! If happiness had a face (and tiny, fluffed-up paws), it would look exactly like Lemon Drop! With her million-dollar smile, happy-go-lucky personality, and those ADORABLE short, stubby legs, Lemon Drop is the kind of pup who turns heads, causes “oohs and ahhs”, and melts hearts whenever she enters the room! Her foster family can’t get enough of her! She especially enjoys her morning routine. Every day Lemon Drop starts with a gentle cuddle and a few loving kisses to let you know she’s ready to start the day! She’ll thrive with a medium-energy dog who knows how to give her space as she eases into new friendships. Lemon Drop also did well with our house cat Biggie, showing curiosity but no chase or pushiness, just a little unsure at first. She politely sniffed him and then disengaged while becoming interested in pets from the adoring behavior team. She showed us that with a gentle introduction, she could absolutely share a home with a dog savvy cat who knows the ropes of living harmoniously with pups. We’ve seen Lemon Drop around kids too, and she lights up in their presence! Meet Castiel! Castiel is currently 3 1/2 months old, and we think he may be an Aussiepoo— Australian Shepherd poodle mix, but with rescue it’s always a guess! Castiel is a joyful boy with a wiry coat, probably moderate to low shedder, and he’s young so he has spunky energy. He likes toys and playing with kids! He tries to instigate play and engagement. Castile is so unique and beautiful! Everywhere we take him, people talk about how unique he is! Castiel is a Good little guy! He played with Jessica - another small playful dog- and he is not too pushy with his play, for a puppy. He played chase for a little bit and would come back up to me to sit next to my feet. Once he got tired he would lay down in front of me and relax taking all the affection he could get. He is a puppy so he will need some training as he gets older, but he will learn quickly because he is very much a people pleaser. When he met my kids ages 4 and 7, he was joyful and wanted to engage with them. He’s very trusting and outgoing. He does like toys and wants to initiate play. The adoption fee is $900.00 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship!
