Story
Rocket is an energetic 3 year old blue heeler. He was a rescue dog. Rocket loves walks and playing fetch, and just being outdoors in general. He needs to be in a house with no other dogs or cats as he is just a 1 animal household type of dog. He tends to herd our dogs. Rocket is potty trained. A home with a big yard would be ideal. We are heartbroken to find a new home for Rocket but we aren’t home enough to spend the time outside or training him like he needs. Please make sure you are knowledgeable about this breed. Crate included.

At 3 years old and 38 pounds, I’m basically the supermodel of the Milky Way. Think “show dog energy” but make it intergalactic. I’m an Australian Shepherd, which means my brain operates at warp speed. I love to learn, I love to play, and I thrive when I have a mission. Agility? Yes. Mountain adventures? Absolutely. Training classes? Beam me up. If you’re looking for a co-pilot for hikes, trail runs, or anything that involves moving your body and using your brain, I am ready for launch. People are my favorite species. I’m friendly, sweet, and genuinely happy to meet new humans. I haven’t met kids yet, but I’m such a good-natured guy that I’d likely do well with respectful little astronauts.
