Story
Meet Diz — the wiggly, wobbly wonder! 💙 Diz is a young husky mix with a heart as big as his personality. He was born without a portion of his brain, and his skull didn’t fully form or close. What does this mean for Diz? Overall, he’s just a little less coordinated than the average dog, with some balance issues that give him his signature wobble, and a home without young children would be ideal to keep him safe. Down the road, he may or may not be prone to seizures — something to be mindful of, especially since huskies already carry a higher risk — but for now, he’s living his best, happy, Diz-zy life and he currently has no additional medical needs related to his condition. Diz also has some resource guarding tendencies with high-value items like food or special chews, but his foster has been working on them and he has shown improvement. With structure, predictable routines, and positive-based training, he should continue to make progress. He’s a good boy who simply needs an adopter who understands his boundaries and is willing to support him as he learns. Despite his quirks, Diz is full of love, resilience, and charm. He enjoys people, snacks (obviously), and every chance to show how brave he is. He’ll thrive in a patient, dog-savvy home that sees his differences not as flaws, but as part of what makes him special. If you’re ready to root for the underdog and welcome a truly one-of-a-kind pup, Diz is ready to wobble his way straight into your heart 💙🐾

Story
Ranger is a beautiful mini Aussie. My mother purchased him from a breeder when he was a baby and he has been with the family since 2016. He’s nearing ten years old. My mother passed away five years ago and my father has cared for Ranger since, but has his own deteriorating health and has asked me to find Ranger a more comfortable home. Ranger is very sweet, but has always been a touch anxious and absolutely hates being picked up or handled without his say so. He is generally gentle with humans, and I believe that with a better home and a new “person” he will be happier. His person was my mom. Ranger can also come with a second dog (and maybe should). Gidget: a female Miniature Dachshund of near 7 years.

Story
I have had Poncho since he was 8 weeks old. He has been my best friend and constant companion for the last 5 years. He is incredibly well trained in most areas. He just struggles a LOT with people he doesn’t know. I have been dating someone for 6 months who he also has grown to love. The issue is that she has a daughter who just wants to be a playful kid. And poncho does not do well with her. He has bit her a few times now and I have sadly reached my limit on trying to integrate him into her life. As much as I love him and it kills me to do I have to protect her first. He would do really well with an experienced dog owner who knows how to handle a slightly aggressive dog. I promise if you take the time to get to know him you won’t find a better dog. He has a history of nipping kids and going after people on bikes so I always make sure to keep him leashed. He is kennel trained and has spent the majority of his life in a condo. His shots recently expired.

Story
We’ve had Serena since she was a puppy. She is now 7 years old. She is beautiful and so smart. She is exceptionally kind and very mild. Really athletic and loves to play! Kids will love her! She doesn’t bark hardly ever and is a wonderful companion. She is healthy and well behaved. We have never had any problems with her!We can’t take her to our next home, unfortunately. We love her and will miss her so much! We want to make sure she goes to a good home where she’ll get lots of love, exercise and attention. Anybody who gets to have her in their home and with their family will be very blessed. She is such a sweet addition!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Magni! ï¸ Magni is a sweet, handsome 14-week-old Aussie mix who may be a little shy when you first meet him, but give him a little time and you'll discover what a loving boy he truly is. Once he feels comfortable, Magni loves nothing more than snuggling up with his people and handing out sweet kisses.  He's also a big fan of the simple things in life—sticks, toys, playing with his dog friends, and spending time with the people he loves. And those stunning eyes of his? They're pretty hard to resist!  Because Magni can be a little shy at first, a home with kids over 5 would be the best fit for him. He's looking for a family who will give him the patience and encouragement he needs to come out of his shell and show them just how special he is. Magni is currently working on his crate training, potty training, leash skills, and basic commands. He's still a young pup with lots to learn, but with the right family by his side, this sweet boy is sure to blossom into an amazing companion.  If you're looking for a gentle, snuggly boy with the sweetest personality and the most beautiful eyes, Magni might just be your perfect match!  Apply to meet me at https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplicationVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 31, 2026, 5:11 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi! I’m Sonza. I’m an estimated 3-year-old Border Collie mix, and I’m 24 pounds of sweetness. My foster family says I’d look my best with about 10 more pounds, but I’m a pretty picky eater. I like what I like, and if dinner doesn’t impress me… I might just wait and see what tomorrow brings. I’m fully potty trained, sleep through the whole night, and I know how to use my kennel. I won’t pretend I’m excited to go in there, but once I’m settled, I’m perfectly happy. I’m not really into toys. I know, I know… people keep offering them, but I’d rather spend my time hanging out with you. Tell me I’m a good girl, give me a few pets, and you’ve already won me over. Praise is my favorite reward. Speaking of pets… I take cuddling very seriously. If I want more attention, I’ll gently tap you with my front paws. If that doesn’t work, I might wrap my paws around your arm just to make sure you understand that cuddle time isn’t over yet. You’ll probably notice that I like to follow my people everywhere. Need to grab something from another room? Great! I was actually headed that way too. I’m definitely more of a “people dog” than a “dog’s dog,” although I’m happy to share my home with other friendly dogs and kids. Cats? That’s still a mystery. When it’s time to relax, you’ll usually find me stretched out on the couch or tucked underneath the table. Those are my favorite spots, and I’m pretty committed to them. I do shed, so regular brushing will help keep me looking my best. Think of it as another excuse for us to spend time together. I’m not the kind of girl who’s going to chase tennis balls all afternoon, and that’s okay. I’d much rather be your little sidekick—the one who follows you around, leans in for hugs, reminds you when it’s time for affection, and quietly keeps you company wherever life takes us. If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal best friend with a few adorable opinions and a whole lot of love to give, I think we’d make a pretty great team. Love, Sonza  Ps. They told me I’d need people to apply, so I guess I can interview you myself! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi I’m Ashville Ash! I'm an eight month old female Aussie mix with a heart full of love to give. I currently weigh 42 pounds and my foster mom thinks when I’m full grown I could be around 50 to 55 pounds.    I love everyone I meet, including cats! in fact I really, really love cats, so I would be happy in a home with feline friends.   I am a well mannered girl who behaves nicely in the home. I am crate trained and sleep through the night like a champ. Sometimes I will even put myself in my crate w hen I need some additional puppy rest. When you meet me I have the cutest adorable body wiggle my energy in the house is pretty mellow. I would love a home with a secure fence backyard so I can chase all the butterflies - I love to chase butterflies! oh, and one more thing, my fur is so soft It’s like a Minky blanket so no need to buy one, just snuggle up with me.  Apply today at https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplicationVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 31, 2026, 5:11 pm

Story
Luna was born in October 2019. We bought her from a friend whose dog had puppies. We had a young family at the time and time to spend with her. She is very sweet. She’s energetic, loves fetch, and is eager to please. She’s great with every human she meets. She knows several Commands. She started out mostly inside but the last couple years has been outside a lot due to our schedules. Now we are relocating and cannot take her. She comes with anything we have for her including a kennel. Any food and toys, even a half brother named Max who is 5 years old if you want to adopt them together! We have a large doghouse with heater for winter also.

Story
Active, Loyal 6-Year-Old Border Collie Needs Loving Home I’m helping my 90-year-old neighbor rehome their incredibly sweet 6-year-old Border Collie, Tucker. Sadly, my neighbor can no longer provide the physical activity this smart, energetic breed requires. About Tucker: He is 50 lbs, neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and fully house-trained. He is extremely loyal, eager to please, and absolutely loves playing fetch. His Needs: Because his owner couldn't physically keep up, Tucker hasn't had formal training. He is a blank slate! He needs an active owner willing to work with a trainer, or someone experienced with herding breeds. A fenced yard is highly recommended. His compatibility with kids, cats, and other dogs is currently unknown. At a Glance: 6 yrs old, 50 lbs, Male Neutered

Story
Max was born in June 2021. We bought him from a friend whose dog had puppies. We had a young family at the time and time to spend with him. We also have his older half sister, Luna. (Same mom). We need to rehome both but they don’t need to stay together if a family Cannot take both. He is very sweet. Also: energetic, loves fetch, and is eager to please, and always smiley. He’s great with every human. He knows several Commands/tricks. He started out mostly inside but the last couple years has been outside a lot due to our schedules. Now we are relocating and cannot take the dogs. They comes with anything we have for them including a kennel. Any food and toys, supplies, etc. We have a large doghouse with heater for winter also. Max is a little reactive with dogs he doesn’t know. He has always lived with another dog though, so I think it can easily be worked out of him. I love him, he’s my favorite and so sweet
