Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi! My name is Teddy Murphy and I’m a super handsome, super fun little guy. I’m looking for my forever home! I am around 7 years old, but I’m also a mini-aussie, so 7 for me seems more like 3 or 4 for another breed I still have lots of energy and I love to play. “Chase” is one of my favorite games with my doggy friends! I am active and would be a great hiking buddy. I have excellent recall so once we’re bonded, you can take me anywhere and I’ll come back when you want me! I love love love my human. My foster mom is currently my favorite person in the universe and I want to be with her all the time. When she is gone, I am sad. Separation Anxiety? Maybe a little. But it’s not that serious. I will settle when I learn that you are always coming back for me. I still want to be with you all the time, but I’m a little less obsessive after a while. And I mean, who wants a chill guy, anyway? Don’t you WANT me to want to be with you? I can be left out while you are away, I’m a good boy. Of course, you’ll probably want to ease into that. I am crate trained, but don’t leave me in that cage with a bed or blanket if you’re not around. I will show my displeasure by destroying said “comfort” item. But if you ARE home and I’m just napping in my crate, the bed or blanket will be fine. I am great with dogs of all sizes, though I have been know to resource guard both my toys and my human…just a little. Again, it’s not that serious. Especially if you make it clear that’s unacceptable. I’m super duper smart and I want to please you. I haven’t been around cats or kids. I do love to bark at squirrels so kitties might be a no. Children over 8 should be fine for me. If you think I could be the handsome boy for you, apply to meet me today at https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplicationVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 20, 2026, 11:03 pm

Story
Hi, I'm Claudio! If my name sounds fancy, it's because I am. At just 2 years old, I'm a handsome Australian Shepherd mix with a big heart and an even bigger appreciation for my people. My favorite thing in the world is spending time with humans-I'd much rather hang out with you than worry about toys. Whether we're going for a walk, relaxing together, or just sharing the same space, I'm happiest when I'm part of the action. New things can make me a little unsure at first, but with patience, encouragement, and a steady routine, my confidence continues to grow. I'm looking for a family that will help me settle in, show me the ropes, and appreciate all the sweetness I have to offer. So if your life could use a little extra Claudio, I'm ready to spice things up!*Qualifies for Pets for Patriots programPlease email Adoptions@saltlakecounty.gov with questions Primary Color: Merle Weight: 68 Age: 2yrs 2mths 4wks

Taz is a gorgeous red-coated Mini Aussie with a heart full of love and a face that will melt you instantly ❤️ Just like his brother, Taz is incredibly sweet and loves to cuddle. He bonds deeply with his people and is happiest when he’s close by, soaking up attention and affection. He does best with female dogs and would thrive in a calm, understanding home that will help him continue to build confidence at his own pace. ✨ Red Mini Aussie ✨ Fully vetted ✨ Sweet, affectionate, and loyal ✨ Prefers female dogs ✨ Best in a patient, loving home Taz is ready to find a family who will see just how special he is and give him the safe, loving forever he deserves Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 20, 2026, 10:41 pm
