Story
Meet Bobby 🐾 Bobby is an adorable Border Collie mix with short, soft fur that's irresistible to pet! This sweet boy loves wholeheartedly and looks to his human (aka the alpha) for love, safety, and guidance, making him a loyal and attentive companion. He’s also a total snuggle bug who adores curling up with his favorite people for some quality cuddle time. While Bobby is still mastering house training, he's making remarkable progress. If taken out every 45 minutes, he's accident-free, and even when he slips up, it's always near the door. Bobby is a quick learner—he knows that outdoor potty time means treats, so he's eager to get it right every time! This playful pup is learning to fetch and shows real promise of becoming a champion fetcher in the future. Bobby loves to run and play, but he’s not a daredevil—he approaches life with just the right mix of energy and caution. He will always be up for fun with his favorite humans and is sure to bring joy to every moment together. Bobby also loves the company of his four-legged friends. A home with other friendly dogs would be ideal for him, as he thrives in a social environment filled with play and companionship. As for cats, Bobby hasn’t had much experience yet, but given his young age, he’ll likely adapt well with proper introductions. Bobby is looking for a forever home where he can keep learning, loving, snuggling, and making his humans smile. If you're looking for a faithful and affectionate four-legged friend, Bobby is ready to steal your heart! *Good with kids *Good with cats *Dog friendly

Story
Meet Clyde! Clyde is a stunning, dark chocolate-colored boy, estimated to be about a year old, and suspected to be a mix of Border Collie, Husky, and possibly Kelpie. Weighing around 40 pounds, he is the perfect medium-sized companion. Clyde is calm, sweet, and incredibly gentle—qualities that everyone who meets him immediately notices. Clyde thrives in a home where patience and understanding abound. While he can be a little timid and unsure in new situations, he’s eager to build his confidence with adopters who are willing to guide him. He’s been excelling in his training at Bandit Stay and Play, where the staff absolutely adore him. He enjoys playing with other dogs in playgroups, though he’s still learning when it’s time to take a break. Don’t let his calm demeanor fool you—Clyde is always ready for an adventure! Whether it’s hiking, walking, or running, he’s your perfect partner. At the same time, he’s a cuddle bug who loves to snuggle at home. He would do well as an only dog or with fur siblings, and he’d enjoy regular playdates with other dogs. Clyde is a smart, attentive boy who thrives on mental stimulation. He loves puzzle feeders, bully sticks, and anything that keeps his mind busy. Without enrichment, he may find ways to entertain himself, so a home that values his need for mental engagement—or is willing to learn—would suit him best. Clyde is house-trained and has never had a potty accident in his foster home. He’s also been friendly with children and animals of all sizes. At his training facility, he’s observed cats without showing interest in chasing them. This sweet boy is eager to please, loves to learn, and is ready to take on the challenge of growing into the confident dog he’s meant to be. Until Clyde finds his forever home, he’ll be loved and cherished by his foster family, who are committed to ensuring he ends up in the best situation possible. Clyde is truly a gem waiting for his perfect match. If you’re looking for a calm, sweet, and adventurous companion who will love you endlessly, Clyde might just be your perfect fit.

Story
Meet Celeste Luna! She is currently 6 weeks old, and we think she may be a Border Collie / Pitbull mix, but with rescue it’s always a guess! This puppy is from a part of the US where puppies are regularly euthanized. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves their life AND it also allows us to save the life of another in its place. Watch Celeste's video here: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ChdyqYcTDyM Celeste is currently in a loving foster home. This sweet girl loves to play and explore. She has the softest fur, floppy ears, and enjoys all the cuddles. Celeste is still young so she will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. Celeste's new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, they will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Story
**Fostered in Seattle, Washington and available for meet and greets and adoption** Cosmo Martini Shaken Not Stirred is the life of the party and the ultimate adventure buddy! Believed to be a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix, this 4-month-old bundle of energy is thriving in his foster home. Nearly fully potty trained and crate trained (he can hang out for almost four hours with no issues), Cosmo is smart, wiggly, and full of "boing-boing" energy, as his foster mom puts it. He sleeps through the night in his crate without accidents and already knows how to sit. Cosmo has even gone to work with his foster mom, where he was an excellent supervisor—completely unfazed by forklifts and happy to take it all in stride. This little guy loves to sniff and explore outside, play tug, and collect all his toys in one giant pile like a true toy connoisseur. He’s already been to a farmers market, where he was a total social butterfly, especially with kids! Currently weighing around 15 pounds (or, as his foster mom says, "a heavy medium-sized grocery bag"), he’s been fostered in a busy household and does great with dogs. He’s also young enough to learn to live with cats. Cosmo is independent when needed—he can keep himself entertained in his crate with a toy or take a nap when the excitement dies down. He will thrive with an adopter committed to his continued training and socialization, and in return, he’ll be the best little sidekick for any and all adventures. Story
This is Coal. Coal was adopted by us when he was 1 year old. Coal is a black border Collie with white patches. He is 7 years old. We have worked very hard to get Coal to where he is today. Coal loves to run and run. he loves playing fetch and would do wonderfully in a home with a yard! we have put coal through some extensive behavior training and he is very smart. Just recently we added a baby to our family and Coal has had a spike in behaviors. As we know this is a normal thing for animals it’s becoming a danger to our child. The extent of Coals behaviors are showing his teeth growling and occasionally lunging towards whatever it is that’s bothering him. Coals gets very possessive over his food and toys and prefers to be left alone when he has it. Coal loves to be pet when he wants to but he will let you know when he’s done. We love Coals so much and we want him to go to a good family! Coal would benefit being in a home as the only animal and with no young children.
