Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Magni! Magni is a 4 month old Aussie mix with gorgeous eyes, adorable short little legs, and a big heart. He's expected to be around 25–30 pounds full grown, making him the perfect medium-sized adventure buddy.   Wherever you go, Magni wants to be right there with you. Whether you're doing chores around the house, relaxing on the couch, or heading out to the yard, he'll happily follow along, just enjoying your company. And if snacks are involved? Even better! This boy is definitely food motivated, which will make training lots of fun.   Magni loves people, playing with other dogs, toys, sticks, and soaking up all the attention he can get. He's affectionate, sweet, and always ready for a cuddle after playtime. Because he's still a young, energetic puppy, he'd do best in a home with kids over 5.   Like any puppy his age, Magni is still learning the ropes and is working on crate training, potty training, leash skills, and basic commands. With a little consistency, plenty of treats, and lots of love, he's going to make an incredible lifelong companion.   If you're looking for a loyal little shadow with adorable stubby legs, stunning eyes, and a heart full of love (plus a healthy appreciation for snacks!), Magni is ready to be your new best friend. ❤️ https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 5, 2026, 4:36 pm

Story
We’ve had Serena since she was a puppy. She is now 7 years old. She is beautiful and so smart. She is exceptionally kind and very mild. Really athletic and loves to play! Kids will love her! She doesn’t bark hardly ever and is a wonderful companion. She is healthy and well behaved. We have never had any problems with her!We can’t take her to our next home, unfortunately. We love her and will miss her so much! We want to make sure she goes to a good home where she’ll get lots of love, exercise and attention. Anybody who gets to have her in their home and with their family will be very blessed. She is such a sweet addition!

BREAKING NEWS! Jimothy is available for adoption at the Humane Society of Utah! Okay, okay, *maybe* we don't mean Jimothy the Seattle raccoon with short spine syndrome who has been dominating all of our TikTok feeds, but we think our Jimothy is just as magical and adorable! This 9-year-old mini Aussie is quick, bouncy, and always ready to play! Much like his trash panda cousin, Jimothy is a big fan of the great outdoors. If you, too, like to spend your time surrounded by the trees and the bees, the two of you are likely to get on splendidly! You don't have to travel all the way to Ballard to adopt THIS Jimothy! Come meet him today at the Humane Society of Utah!

Story
Meet Benito ❤️ Male DOB: April 10, 2022 Weight: 45 pounds Breed: Australian Shepherd / Dalmatian Mix Neutered (Fixed) Vaccinated Microchipped Healthy & Adoption-Ready Benito has been waiting… and waiting… and still, his heart stays just as full of love. For the past two years, he’s been with the rescue, watching other dogs find their homes while he patiently hopes his turn will come. He doesn’t understand why he’s still here—but he never stops being the happy, loving dog he’s always been. Personality Benito is a joyful, affectionate dog who truly loves people. He has a happy, easygoing spirit and brings warmth wherever he goes. He enjoys being around others, soaking up attention, and simply being part of a family. He’s the kind of dog who greets you with happiness, stays close, and makes you feel like you matter. His love is genuine, steady, and always there. Breed Info As an Australian Shepherd / Dalmatian mix, Benito carries traits of: Intelligence and awareness A loyal, people-focused nature A balanced mix of energy and companionship This mix creates a dog who is engaged, loving, and adaptable, happy to be active but also content just being with his people. Ideal Home Benito would do best in a home where he is finally given the love and stability he has been waiting for. He will thrive with a family who includes him in daily life and gives him the attention he deserves. Owner Responsibilities Benito will need regular exercise, routine, and continued care. Like all dogs, he requires structure, guidance, and a lifelong commitment. Things to Consider He has been waiting longer than most. Please consider opening your home to a dog who truly deserves a chance. Sometimes the ones who wait the longest are the ones who love the hardest. The 3-3-3 Rule 3 days to decompress 3 weeks to learn your routine 3 months to fully feel at home With patience and love, Benito will finally get the life he’s been waiting for. Veterinary Care Benito is fully vetted, but we always recommend bringing him to your own veterinarian after adoption to continue his care. Important Note Benito is an indoor family dog. Story
Mohave is a sweet dog and has never shown any aggressive behavior. She is around 6 years old and has a little arthritis. Our son's family moved out of state and could not take her with them, so she came to live with us for about the last 4 years or so. Everyone loves her, as we know since her passion for the last few weeks she has been an escape artist. You will need a good fence to make sure she stays. Otherwise, she is very lovable and likes to be petted and taken for a walk.
