She was used for breeding and dumped. Was in rough condition but with love and medication-mostly love bounced right back to the sweetness she is! Age: 6 years. Weight: 60 lbs Temperament: Great with kids. Prefers to be the only pet. Vetting: Spayed, up to date on vaccines, HW negative. We are seniors and adopted peanut and piglet ( daughter and mother) from a shelter near Chattanooga TN in 3/23 after our dog passed of old age and illness in 2/23. We had planned to adopt a poodle but she turned out to have serious biting issues. We love the girls but they were untrained and can’t deal with other dogs though they are good with our 5 year old granddaughter. We can’t train them we did get them vaccinated and spayed and microchipped

Layla was brought to me after being rescued from a backyard where she was kept chained to a tree. Layla is 6 years old. She gets stressed or bored and will lick her paws a daily Zyrtec allergy pill works best to keep it under control. She is a sweetheart and loves to run around and play with other dogs and people. She does have a habit of jumping in on people to greet them. Right now she is living in a townhome with two small dogs. We would like her to find a place where she will get lots of attention and love. Ideally with a big backyard to play in. Unfortunately two of our other dogs are very sick and need a lot more attention and we want Layla to have a good life with lots of love.

Adopting a dog is not like buying a candy bar in the checkout lane; it should never be a last-minute decision or one that is not fully thought out. Bubba is medium size senior beagle. He is 14yrs old, but still has a lot of love to give. Bubba came to us as a home surrender after his person passed away. Joline is a beagle mix, she is approximately 5yrs old and weighing in at 38 pounds . This mama was recently spayed, and still has some messy teeth to be fixed. She’s a real sweetheart. Very low-key and easy-going. She might have some fox or coonhound in her because she likes to climb. No matter, Jolene will charm you with her soft fur and gentle demeanor.
