Owner surrender because "no pet" policy where they live. Petey is 2 years old and a Basset Mix. He currently weighs 22 lbs., is UTD with shots and heartworm negative. He will be neutered and chipped. Very sweet and friendly, does well on a leash, good with kids, dogs and cats. He likes being in a kennel with another dog.

Story
Arlo is a tricolor purebred Basset Hound and almost 4 years old. I bought him from a backyard breeder during Covid and I don’t think he was treated well as a puppy. Arlo is very food aggressive and can be a very jealous dog.I believe he would thrive in a single dog home! He is a great cuddler, loves walks outside, sleeping on my bed, doesn’t mind baths and is house broken. He can be stubborn, picky with food, hates loud noises and doesn’t get along with my other male dogs. He is friendly with cats but may get jealous of other animals if around them for long. He just doesn’t get along with other dogs for some reason but he loves humans, especially those who give him belly rubs, treats and pets. He is up to date on shots, recently checked for heart worm and on a heart worm preventative.

Marley is a sweet and loving Basset Hound/Mix. She was born on 5-24-15, and weighs 43lbs. She has a wonderful presence about her that just makes you feel good - she is pure love! Marley is a low energy gal, who prefers an evening stroll, followed by a treat. She is crate trained, house trained, and can be trusted when left out in the house alone. This loving girl is friendly with everyone she meets - adults and kids! She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped.
