Spayed or Neutered,
Story
He is a great companion, loves to cuddle, stay on the sofa and to bark to other dogs that pass by our window; he enjoys to stay out in the sun in the garden and to do circle runs where he can. Loves to do short hikes and walks around. His favorite home is where he can be the one and only, the beginning, the middle and the end. He truly soaks up being loved and will love his humans in return. Rocco appreciates the soundness, calmness and assuredness of an adult person. Children make him nervous, so we seek an all adult home who is happy to have one perfect dog and protector. In addition to cuddle time, he will especially love rigorous play time with a big ball or tug-toy. He gets tired and satisfied very quickly after a short play session. He is used to be alone during our working hours, once he knows what is ok to touch/chew and what is not will leave the home as we did (but he shades a lot). He is used to two potty walks x day and the occasional long walk Rocco prefers to be the only dog, the only one that makes your heart flutter! Submit the online application at karmicrescue.org

Story
All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, shots current (DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies where applicable), dewormed, flea and tick treated, and microchipped.  * If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application. Our adoption fees vary. Each biography will specifically list the adoption fee.Adoption Fee: $700 The Broadway Litter are a main cast of 8 week old Maltese x Beagle x Dachshund x JRT mixes. Yep, this cast is a diverse bunch with multiple dads (we suspect). Mama Annie Oakley is a smaller Maltese mix, so we expect these puppies to remain on the smaller side when fully grown.  This litter came to us after they were dumped at a vet clinic. Actually, two of the puppies aren’t even Annie Oakley’s by birth! Another Mama said “see ya” and left her two week old newborns with Annie before hitting the road. Annie took it in stride and has been a wonderful Mama to all six pups.  The puppies wake up between 7 and 8 AM and head outside for an hour of playtime. They play very well together and are best friends with the foster’s large one year old dog. They eat breakfast at 8 AM and eat lunch and dinner throughout the day. In between meals, they play outside and puppy pile to nap in an endless cycle. At night, they head to their pen and fall asleep around 8 PM for the night.  Millie (F) is the cuddler of the bunch. She is always down for a cozy snuggle and is a great companion for when you are working at a desk. She has a warm and affectionate nature which makes her the perfect companion for some quality one-on-one time. Once you bring Millie home, you’ll wonder “how the life of you” lived before her! Oz (M) is the social butterfly of the bunch. He adores the company of other dogs and showers his siblings with puppy kisses all day. He also loves meeting new people and wiggles right up to those who come to visit our house to get his cuddles on. You won’t need to get another wish granted if you bring Oz home, but he will melt your heart! Roxie Hart (F) is the adventurer of the group. She is a long-legged explorer and was the first to explore the world around her. She is the leader among her siblings and is the first to take them into uncharted territory. Her long legs and sunny personality amuse all who meet her and like her fictional counterpart, we promise she IS “all that jazz”! The Musical Puppies are only an option for those who have owned a dog in the past 5 years. Children in the home should be over the age of 5.December 4, 2023, 6:17 pm

The event is from 12 pm to 3 pm at Palo Alto's Pet Food Express. Those interested in meeting the dog can come out to our meet and greet event. We no longer do application approval onsite. Anyone adopting has been previously approved and set up to meet prior to the event. Adoption Fee: $550 Korg is a 4 year old Beagle x Dachshund mix who was rescued from the shelter with his buddy, Loki (M). Korg has fabulous eyebrows and an even more fabulous personality, which he showed us as he gave kisses on his freedom ride from the shelter. Korg is a pretty petite dude, so he will be perfect for just about any adventure, whether on Earth or Asgard, that you have planned!  Below is a note from Korg’s foster.  “Korg is the world’s biggest and best cuddle bug. Any time we sit or lay down, he heads right over and makes himself comfortable for a long snooze. He is the perfect companion for a movie night or a warm day on the couch covered in blankets (perfect for the colder weather ahead)! If he isn’t cuddling with his people, he is cuddling with one of the other pups in the home. Korg does love to play and run around, especially when the toys come out, but after he tires himself out he is excited for his next cuddle.   Korg wakes up at around 7 AM and heads outside for a potty break. He comes inside for breakfast and then spends his morning playing and cuddling with his foster family. He loves to follow us around the house and then make himself comfortable on our laps when we settle in. He gets a walk in the middle of the day which he enjoys before spending his afternoon snoozing and playing with his toys and foster siblings. He has dinner at around 7 PM before cuddling with his foster family for the rest of the evening. He heads out for one last potty before turning in for the night.    Korg gets along very well with other dogs of all sizes and shapes! He also loves people and has met kids as young as 6 and adults as old as 100! He loves them all, as long as they are prepared for a cuddle. Korg has been working on his leash skills and he has learned how awesome walks can be! Korg is working on his house training and with a few days of motivation will be fully housetrained in a new home.   Korg is such an awesome dog who will be the perfect companion for his new family. You honestly won’t find a better dog than Korg!”   Korg is an option for just about any kind of home, regardless of prior dog experience. Kids in the home should be over the age of 6. December 4, 2023, 6:17 pm

Here’s Wilson (4 yo)! He is sweet and goofy and a master snuggler. He loves being around people as evidenced by his very wiggly bottom and wagging tail when he meets you or when you come home. Wilson is good on a leash, in a car, in a bath and loves people and is good with dogs. He’s calm and friendly, a perfect companion for anyone who wants to chill at home or go on adventures to the dog park, beach or on a hike/walk. No food allergies, up to date on vaccinations and looking for a forever home.

Story
Two beagles are available for adoption at New York or surrounding cities/States. They are male and female each, 3 year old, about 28 Lb, spayed and neutered , shots are done and microchipped. They love to be around with people, likes to be pet. Good with car ride, the male one is quiet and the female one is also good. Not picky at food, a bit of source guarding due to previous living environment , but should be OK when they know they are loved. They are smart and they do understand of your commands quickly. Good with walking on leash, not pulling or dragging. They were rescued together, but can be adopted separately since they are not bonded together. If you are interested, please feel free to contact me at 510-987-6310 for further details. Please fill out the application form at www.hi5dogrescue.org, please share wide, thank you !!!
