Story
A combination of breeds that we can't quite put our finger on; one thing we can verify for certain is that Lady M is 100% sweet. M has been diligently searching the market for a loving family who will appreciate her white mask, refined taste in comfortable laps, and cute curly tail. M is also looking for a family that can take her for walkies and feed her treats. This lady knows her value and is a real gem, make your life richer with M! Here's some notes from her foster: This little lady is a delight. She has great energy, a champ on my 14 inside stairs. Her affections are sweet and she is not needy. She has a good appetite, but is not ravenous. She is very happy to go for walks and is good on the leash. She is polite to others, and has an outgoing, friendly disposition. She was not affected by the noise of the 4th. She was completely calm. I let her out to the backyard first thing in the morning and she has been great about doing her business. She loves to also go on our walks. She doesn't take any meds! I think she's very pretty. She's full of pep but knows how to lay around and be mellow, with our without snuggles. M has a desire for social connection and forms fast and loving bonds with her household. Quick to trust, accept and love; M will thrive in a home that can reciprocate her affection. M is the ultimate cuddle buddy and is happiest when snuggled in your lap, burrowed under the covers, or simply basking in the warmth of physical touch. M's cheerful energy and gentle nature make walks delightful and introducing her to new people is a stress-free experience. She gets along well with my old girl. Any home would be lucky to have this little Missy.

Anise is one of the most special mutts you will ever meet. She has been through so much change and it has been tough on her. She has such bravery and tenacity. Every day she learns something new and makes new friends. Anise would be most happy in a home with a patient and understanding family, ideally that has other dogs in the home. Anise LOVES other dogs so much and cannot wait to have fur-siblings of her own. Once she warms up to you, she is such a silly and goofy girl. She loves belly rubs, snuggles and walkies! Anise will give you back all the love you give her and cannot wait to find her new family.

If you would like the first opportunity to adopt, please fill out an application to be considered.   Adoption Fee: $650   Libby is a 9 month old Beagle mix who is ready to live it up with you, her forever home! Libby was rescued from a hoarding situation with several of her canine pals, and is ready to find a forever home of her very own! We promised her rescuers that we would do our very best to find her an amazing new family that deserved the amazingness that is Libby! This gal has made every life she has interacted with better and we know that it is only the beginning for this lovely girl. Libby has a fabulous smile and an even more fantastic personality. We expect her to be in the 20-25 pound range when she reaches her adult weight. If you’re looking for a fun-loving adventure companion, you won’t find a better buddy than Libby!    Libby is an amazingly sweet puppy who is looking for her new best friend in her forever home! She adores her people and would love nothing more than a life spent loving on you! She has the ability to worm her way into your heart even after only knowing you for an hour. She loves to play with toys and other dogs but isn’t overwhelming in her energy. She also loves to nap alongside you as you work so she could be an incredible WFH companion. She will be the star of any Zoom call and has been working on her camera faces to win over her new coworkers. We promise that your life will never be dull with a Libby in it! Libby is very food-motivated, like any good Beagle so she will do just about anything in exchange for a cookie or a kiss. Libby loves to cuddle on the chest of her foster parents and will put herself to sleep with a soft smile and a Beagle snore. Libby would love to join you on the couch or on your bed, and will stretch out like the Queen she is! We know that she is ready to make your life complete, so what are you waiting for!  Libby starts her morning at 7 AM with a trip outside to the bathroom with her foster siblings before she trots inside for breakfast. After she eats, she settles in for naptime as her family gets ready for the workday. During the morning, Libby alternates between snoozing on her bed, playing with her foster siblings, sniffing around the yard, and investigating the kitchen for any dropped snacks. Around noon, she gets some cuddles and another trip outside for potty. In the afternoon, Libby goes on her daily walk and greets her neighborhood pals. After work, Libby enjoys some playtime in the yard with her favorite toys until it is time for dinner at 6 PM. After dinner, Libby helps herself onto the couch where she watches some TV until it is time for bed.  Libby adores her canine foster siblings and would thrive in a home with other dogs, but she could also be a solo pup. She loves people of all ages and seeks out those who have cookies for her. Libby will require puppy training to ensure she is a well-behaved adult gal. She is making progress in her leash skills and house-training. We know that Libby will be such a wonderful addition to the home lucky enough to bring her home!   Libby is an option for those who have owned a dog previously, even if that experience is less recent. Kids in the home should be over the age of 7.July 11, 2024, 11:09 am

Our adoption fees vary. Each biography will specifically list the adoption fee.Adoption Fee: $700 The Carnival puppies are a litter of 10 week old Beagle mixes who came into town ready to find the grand prize: a forever family! This litter was surrendered to our rescue as the result of an accidental litter. Mama wasn’t fixed and got around with the traveling circus of neighborhood dads. Two months later, the Carnival came into town! We agreed to take these cuties and away we went. This litter is 4 females and 2 males. We expect the puppies to be in the mid-teens weight wise when they hit their adult sizes. If you’re ready for a lifetime of fun and adventure, bring home your own Carnival ride today!    Bumper Car (F): Bumper Car is a girl ready for a life of excitement with her forever family! Of her siblings, she is the most independent, but is still your typical loving and snuggly puppy. She loves finding a toy and dragging it away from her siblings to get some playtime by herself. She loves hanging out on a lap as she works on a treat, those little teeth mean every morsel is savored! She is curious about the world around her and can’t wait until she can strap on her pack and hit the trails! BC would love a home where she can soak up all the attention she deserves, from a canine sibling or her humans! She isn’t picky as long as she can get her cuddles on. She is the quietest of her siblings as well, as long as you give her a toy to distract her. BC is super perceptive and intuitive and has been amusing her foster parents since day one. Give us a token and start your engine with Bumper Car!  Carousel (F): Carousel is a loving and inquisitive little lady who loves curling up in the lap of her foster parents. This girl LOVES to cuddle and makes the most of every moment she has to make herself comfortable. Leave a slipper out? She’s making it a pillow. Spare blanket on the ground? She’s burrowing into it! Carousel is a true “middle of the pack” kind of girl. She isn’t the first one out of the gate in the morning, but she also doesn’t let her siblings push her around. She knows what she’s about and she is smart in how she goes about getting it! She loves treats and she is very smart, so she will be a blast to train and spend time with. For those ready for a forever pal ready to go around the circle of life with you, find your mount and get started!  Ferris Wheel (F): Ferris Wheel is a total Mama’s Girl who loves snuggling and giving out kisses! While she will run around with her siblings, she is the first to head back to her foster people and get all the best cuddles. This girl would be a perfect companion for a WFH lifestyle as she loves her people more than anything. She would also thrive as a companion for a resident pup as she loves zooming around with her siblings and chasing after toys. FW is a sweet and happy little girl who effortlessly slots herself into any open arms. She just wants to love on you and soak up your affection! Ferris Wheel can’t wait to meet you and clamber into your lap until she decides she has gotten enough cuddles. If you ask her, the limit does not exist! Hop on for a ride on our Ferris Wheel!  Rollercoaster (M): Rollercoaster is ready for a life full of twists and turns - as long as he can end the day snuggled up by your side! This boy is the first to check out new things and happily trots around the yard showing his siblings all the amazing experiences the world has to offer. Rollercoaster waits with a wagging tail at the entry of the pen for his foster parents to wake up and greet him in the morning. He knows that the early bird catches the worm (or treat, in his case). Rollercoaster is a sensitive and sweet boy when he is ready for a well-deserved nap, but until that time, he is racing around the yard and making the most of his day. With a boy like him, you’ll never have a dull moment, and he knows that’s what you’re looking for. Whether you go to the park, the beach, or a hiking trail, Rollercoaster is ready for anything life brings his way! Teacup (F): Teacup is the most playful and confident member of this litter. She is first out of the pen in the morning and is most often found playing with the big dogs she lives with. She loves romping around and exploring her domain in the backyard. She is the perfect blend of adventurous and inquisitive while still loving snuggles and affection. She is happy chewing on a toy when she needs to entertain herself but she would be just as thrilled to curl up in your lap for a long cuddle session. Teacup would love an active family as we know this gal would be an amazing companion as you take on all that California has to offer. You won’t be able to meet Teacup and not want to take her home, as she wins over everyone she comes into contact with. She is so loving and happy and has so much to offer the world around her! Give her a spin!  Tornado (M): Tornado is a handsome gentleman who thinks the world is a playground made just for him! He adores his canine foster siblings almost as much as he loves his human foster family. He would play all day if his little legs let him, but for now, he has an adorable play-eat-sleep-repeat cycle. He loves his soft toys almost as much as his tiny tennis balls, and he will show off his skills if you engage him in a game of catch. Tornado is quite the character and has charmed every single person he has met, even those who aren’t keen on dogs. He has changed all of their minds, and how could you resist his cute little face? Tornado can’t wait to blitz into your life and change it for the better! The puppies sleep overnight in a puppy pen together and start their morning with wagging tails as their foster people wake up. After going outside for some morning zoomies, they come inside for the most important time of the day (breakfast)! During the day, the litter alternates between eating, sleeping, zooming around, and playing with their toys. They get some individual attention throughout the afternoon and also delight in playing with their adult foster siblings. In the evening, as their foster people unwind from the workday, the puppies show off their skills with their toys in the living room. By 8 PM, the puppies are exhausted from a busy day of being adorable and head off to bed in their pen.  The puppies have been well-socialized with dogs of all ages and sizes and love playing with their foster siblings. They are respectful of the dog-friendly cats who are used to canine visitors. We expect interested homes to have a plan for continued training and socialization, so the puppies can be well-trained and confident adult dogs. You won’t want to miss this Carnival while it’s in town, so scoop up a puppy before they’re gone! The Carnival puppies are only an option for homes who have owned a dog in the last five years. Kids in the home should be over the age of 7.July 11, 2024, 11:09 am
