Story
Monique is a 10-month-old beagle mix, recently transferred to us from our friends over at San Francisco Animal Care and Control. She is a tad shy, yet warming up quickly, and she loves to be close to people! Monique walks consistently by your side (and does the thing where she wants to weave through your legs...). Just because she`s close to 40 lbs doesn`t mean she can`t be a perfect lap dog: this gal loves pets and leans and sitting on top of you. Monique is currently working on her skills through positive reinforcement training and is seeking a new home full of playtime, exercise, and love. Come meet Monique today!

Story
Sweet senior Marbles is a lab beagle mix (do you call it a leagle? Labradeagle? Certainly not a bab!) who is looking for love with a fluffy, constantly wagging tail, beautiful blond fur, and a snout dusted with just enough white to verify his senior status. He’s an intrepid explorer who hopes to go on lots of long outdoor adventures, so if you’re looking for a hiking buddy, he’s your perfect pup! We think he might lose his Marbles without burning off some energy, so he’s ready to be the amazing accountability buddy you’ve been looking for. This marvelous mutt has been radiating energy since he set foot in Muttville, and he’s looking to channel it all into finding a forever family – could it be you?

Story
Bailey is a 10 year old puppy at heart who loves going for hikes/walks, playing fetch, exploring, and cuddling on the couch. Bailey is incredibly smart, playful, energetic, and sweet. She can also be anxious with big dogs / take a little time to warm up to some people and tends to bond with specific people. She has separation anxiety and does best when people can stay home with her. I travel frequently and just want to make sure she is living her best happiest life. Bailey has a lot of love to give and will thrive in a home where she has access to toys, a backyard, or frequent walks with a park nearby. She’s great in the car, fully potty trained, knows many tricks, loves to go for adventures.

To be considered for adoption, pls submit an application in advance.   Adoption fee: $700 Meet Bandana At just 12 lbs, Bandana is a pint-sized bundle of charm— a 1–2 year old Beagle/Terrier mix with a big heart, a silly streak, and a deep love for his people. He starts every day with a happy wag and a quick morning routine: out around 7am for a potty break, breakfast, and then a walk that can be as short or as long as you’d like. He enjoys stretching his legs, sniffing the neighborhood, and taking in the world around him, whether it’s a leisurely stroll or a more active outing.   Back home, Bandana spends the day with a mix of play and relaxation. He loves a good game of fetch with a tennis ball, and he also entertains himself with toys and chews. Once he’s gotten his wiggles out, he’s all about the cozy life— napping near his foster parent while they work, curling up in a sunny patch, or snuggling in for ear and chin scratches. His number one priority is being close to his people and soaking up all the love.   Bandana is house-trained if taken out consistently every 4ish hours. He sleeps quietly in his crate at night and settles well when it’s time to wind down.   With other dogs, Bandana is flexible. He enjoys playing with his foster’s youngest dog but coexists calmly with the others, and he’d be perfectly content as an only dog or as part of a home with friendly canine companions. He recently met a dog-savvy cat and was very curious (in a polite way). He clearly wanted to be friends with her! She wasn't quite as keen on that ;). He could be an option for a home with dog-friendly cats!   When meeting new people, he may bark briefly out of excitement or uncertainty, but he warms up quickly and soon flops over for affection. His mix of playfulness and sweetness makes him easy to love: zoomies, fetch sessions, squirrel-watching, and walks are all in his repertoire— but once he’s had his fun, he’s a total snuggle bug and happiest curled up next to you. He doesn't need a ton of exercise; walks and/or yard playtime will work just fine.   Bandana’s ideal home is one that enjoys companionship, appreciates a dog who’s affectionate without being overly demanding, and can offer him a balance of activity and downtime. He’ll slot in beautifully whether you’re a single adopter, a couple, or a family with kids.   Favorite things: walks of any length, fetch with tennis balls, toys and chews, sunny napping spots, following his person around, and sleeping on his back with all four paws in the air.   In short: Bandana is a lovable, goofy little guy with a heart full of devotion and a tail that never stops wagging. With continued patience and routine, he’s well on his way to becoming someone’s loyal, easygoing, and endlessly entertaining best friend.December 22, 2025, 5:11 pm
