Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Woof! Hi there! I’m Jasper, a super handsome hound/beagle mix puppy with a heart just as big as my floppy ears! If you’re looking for a loyal best friend who loves outdoor adventures just as much as snuggling on the couch, I’m your guy. My absolute favorite place in the whole world is outside. Give me a big patch of grass and I’ll show you speed-of-light zoomies, dramatic rolls, and an epic sniffing tour of the yard—and you can bet I’ll be carrying my favorite toys along for the ride! I’m a curious, gentle, and sensitive soul who loves everyone I meet, whether they have two legs or four. Once I’ve used up all my fun, goofy puppy energy, my favorite thing to do is curl up right next to my people for some serious cozy time. I'm also a pretty smart boy! I already know Sit, Wait, and Off, and I’m completely crate trained. Because I’m so treat-motivated, I’m super excited to keep learning all kinds of new things with my forever family. I can’t wait to meet you, shower you with love, and start our lives together! Please apply for me today @ BuffaloCares.org. Story
Male Approximately 4 months old 12 lbs Beagle/Pointer Mix (best guess) Hi, I'm Coco! My story started out in a scary place...I was found all alone on a lonely, dangerous road with no sign of my mom or my siblings. I may never know what happened to them, but I do know that I'm safe now and ready for a family who will love me forever. Even after everything Ive been through, I'm a brave, smart little guy with so much love to give. I enjoy being around other dogs and would love a home where I can continue learning and growing. I'm already working on my house manners, including doing my business outside, and I'm learning how to walk nicely on a leash. At just 4 months old and around 12 pounds, I'm the perfect age to start my next adventure with a family who will help me become the best dog I can be. With my sweet personality and curious nature, I'm sure to bring lots of happiness and fun to my new home. Coco will arrive in Albion, NY at the end of August and we would love to have a family waiting for him! Please note: All dogs are rescues so we often do not know the actual breeds but use an educated guess to tell you what they most look like. Our adoption fee is $400 and unless otherwise stated all dogs and puppies have been spayed/neutered, microchipped, 4DX tested (if age appropriate), put on heartworm/flea/tick prevention, age appropriately vaccinated, dewormed, vet checked and flown from Puerto Rico. Story
Zuli is a beautiful, approximately 1-year-old Husky mix weighing 30 pounds. She's spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, and on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. This sweet girl is house-trained and crate-trained and is working hard on her basic manners, including "sit" and "stay." She's also making great progress with recall. Zuli absolutely loves other dogs and would really enjoy having a canine companion in her forever home OR being a single, spoiled brat! She's still very much a puppy and when she decides it's time to play, she can be a bit of a pest! She has lots of energy and enthusiasm and doesn't always understand when another dog is ready for a break. For that reason, she would do best with a playful, confident dog who can match her energy and enjoys an active playmate. Zuli also does well with cats and children and has even had a brief introduction to chickens, which she handled well. And then there are those long, athletic legs! Zuli was made for adventure. She absolutely loves being outdoors and would make a fantastic hiking, camping, walking, or adventure buddy. She loves exploring, being active, and spending time with her people. Zuli is one of those dogs who seems to love everyone she meets. She's silly, affectionate, outgoing, and full of personality. Her zest for life is contagious, and she has so much fun to share with her people. If you're looking for a happy, active young dog who will keep you laughing, keep you moving, and probably keep your other dog entertained, Zuli might just be your girl! * Please note: All dogs are rescues so we often do not know the actual breeds but use an educated guess to tell you what they most look like. Story
We got him from a nearby farm about 4 months ago. He is a good dog our family just doesn't have the means to take care of him at this time. We have 2 babies under 2 and trying to time manage between the two of them and the dog is driving us nuts with him just being himself. Id like him to go to a home in which people have more time for him because we dont and its caused us to grow very bitter towards him. Please adopt him, he is a good dog we just dont need a dog right now.
