Daisy is an 11 month old beagle, who weighs approximately 18 lbs. Daisy had a rough start to life and has been bounced around until she ended up in a shelter. Daisy needs a stable loving family that can give her the time and training she needs to become her best self. She has lots of puppy energy, but she also loves to snuggle up. Being a hound and a young pup, she needs exercise and stimulation. She loves to be outside, sniffing and playing. She would do best with a home that has a fenced in yard. And unfortunately no smaller dogs or cats, as she loves to chase them. Daisy is a bit shy at first, but comes out of her shell quickly. She would do well with a confident dog in the home. Daisy is working on potty and crate training. Because of her breed and age… she needs a family with a fenced yard. She also needs a family where she will not be crated for 8 hours a day. Hi, my name is Pete! I’m a 4-year-old Beagle mix weighing 41 pounds, but if you really get to know me, you’ll quickly understand why they call me Sweet Pete! I may be 4 years old, but once I get going, I have a whole lot of energy and act just like a pup! I’m almost completely house trained, but I may need a little patience and encouragement as I continue learning. I have worked with a trainer and I am doing so well on learning all of the things! With lots of positive encouragement, I’m learning that my crate can be a cozy place to sleep. I’m also used to having someone around during the day since one of my humans works from home and was able to let me out regularly. I absolutely love playing with other dogs and would be happy to have some furry friends! Because of my energy and the things I’m still learning, a home with small children may not be the best fit for me. I could also use a little help with my leash manners, but I’m a smart guy and eager to learn! I already know tricks like sit, and if you have a treat in your hand, I’m working really hard on mastering lay down! I am up to date on my vaccines and neutered!
