Story
https://foha.org/pet/honey-3-2024/ Hello, there! My name is Honey, and I'm here to share a little bit about myself and my dear friend, Bee. We're a charming pair, bonded through the ups and downs of life, and my happiest moments are spent right by Bee's side. As a sweet older girl, I've learned a thing or two about what truly matters in life: love, companionship, and the joy of simple pleasures. Bee and I have been through quite a lot together, and our bond has only grown stronger over time. I'm still getting used to this new chapter at FOHA (Friends of Homeless Animals), but I can already tell that it's a place filled with caring hearts and warm smiles. I may be a bit older, but my spirit is as sweet as ever, and Bee and I have so much love to give to the right family. Thankfully, I quickly found myself a foster home with Bee, so as my foster family and I spend time together, they will discover more about me. Keep an eye on my bio page for updates as I reveal my charming personality and quirky ways. If you're looking for a gentle, loving pair to bring warmth and joy into your home, Bee and I would be honored to be a part of your family. Stay tuned as FOHA learns more about us, and feel free to reach out if you think we might be the perfect fit for your loving home. With love, Honey I am bonded with Bee.

Story
Introducing Grace, our 3-year-old, 15-pound beagle mix, who's as dainty as can be and as doesn't bark. She's the perfect size of a wine bottle and would make the ultimate companion for your next wine night! Cheers to Grace! She loves the other dogs in her foster home and is a good balance of chill and playful. Grace loves to cuddle and snuggle up on the couch. Grace rarely barks, which is awesome considering she is a beagle - lol. She walks great on a leash and is fully housetrained! Grace is not in a foster home with children, but we feel she would do well with respectful children 5 years and up. Grace is spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative and microchipped. ***You must be at least 25 years of age to adopt from Canine and Kitties Rescue*** The adoption fee for this dog is $375.00, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. ***Please note that our first step in approving adoption applicants is to complete a vet check. Vetting of current and past pets is very important to us, thus we will be speaking with the vet(s) listed on your application to ensure that your current and previous pet(s) are kept up to date on vaccines (including rabies), spayed or neutered, maintained on appropriate monthly preventatives and examined annually by your vet.*** Our organization cannot guarantee the exact breed of any animal in our care. The breed listed is based on any background we may have been provided, and/or the general appearance of the animal. **Please visit www.caninesandkittiesrescue.org to complete our non-binding application.**

Story
Ralphie is a very sweet 2 year old dog ready to go to his forever home! He loves cuddles and gets along great with other dogs. He's still a little skittish so would do well in a home where he can have time to get comfortable and come out of his shell -- when he does, he is a little goofball! He does okay with his foster cat siblings, but would probably need a slow introduction with cats. He is housebroken. Ralphie will bring a lot of joy to his new home! __________________________________________________ This dog's adoption fee is $525. This includes spay/neuter & microchip. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application and a representative will get back to you shortly to answer any questions you may have.   Meet Maggie, a lively Beagle and Cattle Dog mix with an infectious zest for life! She's 1 year old and tipping the scales at a healthy 22 pounds and will mature into around 30 pounds. Her short tricolored coat is always a blur as she bounds around, eager to explore her surroundings! Her boundless energy makes her the perfect companion for outdoor adventures or ones with a canine already, while her gentle nature ensures she's a comforting presence at home. Adopting Maggie means gaining a loyal friend who'll bring joy, companionship, and a dash of excitement to your life. (ME, 4/17/24)     **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption: $395 which covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip and an Alabama State Health Certificate.   Transport, if needed  $160   We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip . We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs.  April 24, 2024, 2:47 pm
