Rollie was surrendered after his owner died. He had never lived inside until he came into rescue. He is now house and crate trained. He does love to run and play and hide his bones outside. He had very little socialization with other dogs and is a little dog selective (prefers females more than males). He's more of a loner than most. He has always been crated inside to avoid the mischief a beagle tends to get into with chewing items he isn't supposed to be chewing. It is more for his safety of not swallowing anything harmful. He will bark to let you know when he needs to go potty. He has been completely vetted. He deserves a home of his own to retire in and enjoy the rest of his life. He is fostered in East TN, but transportation is included in the adoption fee and provided by Rescue Riders LLC. Please let me know if you have any questions. Sookie is new to Canines & Kitties Rescue so we are getting to know her, but so far her foster mom reports she is a very sweet and gentle girl who is calm and easygoing. She does well with the other dogs in her foster home and the previous owner reported she was good with children and cats too. Sookie is up to date on vaccines and microchipped. Snickerdoodle is about 3 years old and weighs about 20 lbs. We think she is a Beagle (just a guess). Snickerdoodle is a quiet, shy and timid girl who is learning what it means to live in a house as a companion. She is incredibly sweet but will need time to adjust when she goes to her forever home. She will need a patient adopter who will let her take the time to settle in and feel comfortable. Snickerdoodle takes cues from the resident dogs in her foster home and she learns from them so she will require another young confident and playful dog in her forever home. Snickerdoodle is not in a foster home with children, but we feel she would be ok with calm and respectful children 5 years and up. Snickerdoodle is doing well on her house training. She sleeps in her crate at night but does not like to be in a crate during the day. Snickerdoodle will do be in a home where someone is around a good portion of the day. Snickerdoodle is spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. Jayde's adoption fee is waived for the month of August! Jayde is about 3 years old and 25 lbs. Sadly, her owner was elderly and had several dogs that she couldn’t properly care for. Jayne can be fearful in new situations due to the lack of socialization for most of her life. Knowing that Jayde would need time to decompress we sent her to an amazing foster home that would spoil her and help her learn that people aren’t scary.
