I’m a 4 year-old male shepherd mix weighing about 32 pounds. I might be a little shy at first, but once I get to know you, I’m a total lovebug who can’t get enough attention. I’m gentle, affectionate, and love spending time with people. I get along well with dogs and kids, and I’ve even learned to “sit.” I enjoy walks, explore calmly beside you, and I’m happy just being part of your world. Once I open up, my sweet personality really shines. I’ll make a loyal and loving companion for someone who’s ready to give me a little patience and a lot of love.

Charity is a super sweet pup who does well with children. She does have crate reactivity to other dogs and needs slow introductions. Charity loves getting pets more than anything. Generally easy going with humans. She's been to a trainer for this and has been able to reduce her reactivity and even be walked with other dogs peacefully. Charity and two others came from east Texas where a duo of rescuers saved her from the fate of dogs in small towns with limited animal control services. They were found starving on the streets, so Charity does struggle with food aggresive tendancies (towards other dogs, but no issues seen with humans.) She is very smart and human attentive. Charity needs a 6 ft tall privacy fence due to her fence jumping capabilities. She should be the only pet in the home. She has been around children aged 1-17. She may unintentionally knock smaller children over but generally does well with kids. She is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. She has been on monthly heartworm preventative. ##1666556##

He is an incredibly loyal, loving dog who does great with both kids and adults. He has a fun, energetic side but also knows how to relax and be calm around the house. Rover would thrive in a home with a large backyard or with an owner who can give him regular walks and exercise. He is very smart and curious—an “escape artist” at times—so he will need a secure yard or attentive supervision outdoors. We are rehoming Rover due to a growing family and changing capacity, and we want to make sure he finds a home where he can get the time and attention he deserves.
