She greets everyone with a big doggie smile on her cute face. She appears to be a Blackmouth Cur/terrier mix. Swifty is pretty much a social butterfly with other dogs at the shelter. She has not shown any aggression when meeting other dogs. All the volunteers can’t say enough good things about her. She will need a home with a 6’ wooden fence. He’s doing very well in potty training (only one accident in the house). He’s so smart and already crate trained, and eager to go outside to potty and walks well on a leash. He really loves being outside, playing, chasing balls and basking in the sun. He’s got lots of energy and lots of love to give. Simon does very well with other dogs and all people he meets. We think Simon may be a Blackmouth Cur and Carolina dog mix. He currently weighs around 45 pounds and should weigh around 60 when fully grown. Simon is truly a loving and fun doggie who will bring years of joy to some very lucky family. He is fully vetted and ready for his forever home. His foster family reports he is just super. This sweet 12 month old Blackmouth Cur/Rhodesian Ridgeback mix is great with dogs of all sizes. Finley came to us extremely emaciated, but he is now thriving with the loving care of his foster. He now weighs 32 pounds and should weigh around 40 to 45. His current foster has only great things to say about him. He is potty trained, sleeps in his kennel all night, and has a sparkling personality. He is going to make some family a fantastic doggie. Finley is neutered and up to date on shots. DAISY and POPPY ARE SIBLINGS. All abandoned in the country. There were originally three and one was adopted on her own. We have had these precious girls many months now, with plenty of opportunities to watch their interactions and play style. While, in general, we do NOT recommend adopting siblings, these two have proven to be the exception to the rule. They LOVE each other and have never, ever had a raised lip, a side-eyed look, a growl or anything else. We would really love for them to be adopted together. HOWEVER, WE WILL CONSIDER ADOPTING THEM SEPARATEY. All the girls are very smart, but Poppy is also the LOVE BUG! She is either kissing you, wagging, or falling down for you to rub her tummy. If Poppy were in high school she would be a cheerleader and probably Queen of the Prom. Her personality is a wonderful match to Daisy's low key independence.
