DAISY and POPPY ARE SIBLINGS. All abandoned in the country. There were originally three and one was adopted on her own. We have had these precious girls many months now, with plenty of opportunities to watch their interactions and play style. While, in general, we do NOT recommend adopting siblings, these two have proven to be the exception to the rule. They LOVE each other and have never, ever had a raised lip, a side-eyed look, a growl or anything else. We would really love for them to be adopted together. HOWEVER, WE WILL CONSIDER ADOPTING THEM SEPARATEY. All the girls are very smart, but Poppy is also the LOVE BUG! She is either kissing you, wagging, or falling down for you to rub her tummy. If Poppy were in high school she would be a cheerleader and probably Queen of the Prom. Her personality is a wonderful match to Daisy's low key independence. DAISY and POPPY ARE SIBLINGS. All abandoned in the country. There were originally three and one was adopted on her own. CONROE TEXAS ---------- Meet beautiful Miss Annie! This sweetheart was dumped in the woods outside Houston and was left to fend for herself. Luckily for her, a most wonderful rescue angel "street feeder" who brings daily food for dogs who have been abandoned, alerted to Annie's plight and we were able to whisk her to safety. Annie's estimated DOB is May 2023. She is spayed and current on vaccinations. Annie did test low positive for heartworms but does not have any symptoms and has no activity restrictions. She is being treated with the slow kill method. She is a strong and healthy girl and should have no lasting health issues. Despite being a former street dog, Annie is in good health and is a happy, outgoing, playful girl. She is great with other dogs and is very friendly with people. Although she was abandoned, she does not seem to have suffered any abuse. Since she is a mix she will be smaller than a purebred Anatolian. She's what we affectionately call a "pocket Anatolian" and will be great for people who have smaller homes/yards or aren't physically able to handle a 100+ pound dog. She will likely top out in the 60 pound range. Annie has not been tested with children, cats or livestock. Since she is an Anatolian MIX, she is looking for a family companion home and is not available as a livestock/working dog. NO LIVESTOCK EXPERIENCE SECURE FENCING REQUIRED Transport assistance may be available within a 1,000 mile radius depending on where you live and the availability of volunteer drivers. Nathan is a total love bug! He is shy at first but bonds quickly.  He loves his people.  He loves to snuggle and be close to his human. Nathan is dog and kid friendly.  He has not been around cats, but given his demanor, it is likely that with proper introductions, he would do just fine with them as well! Nathan is more of a cuddler than anything.  He enjoys finding the smallest dog bed in the house to nap on, then stretch across the floor or next to his human on bed at night.   This sweet boy is more than ready for a family of his own!  He is fully vaccinated, neutered, current on prevention and microchipped.  He is house trained. ##1200161##

Hi! I am Cocoa! CFR rescued me from the unbearable Texas summer when me and my littermates were found living outside. Since then, I have been able to flourish in a safe foster home and am seeking my forever family.  My foster moms say I am super smart and have been quick to learn, including potty training. I use a doggy door now but if that's not open, I know where to scratch on the backdoor to go out; I am quick to learn new routines. I have a sweet temperament and am eager to please - I am still an active puppy, but definitely understand correction. I am fully crate trained, sleeping there at night and even choosing to rest in my crate during the day but I love getting to snuggle in the morning on the big bed with my new foster Mom and the big dogs. My moms say I have a calm disposition - whatever that means, I just roll with it.  I LOVE to play and run, so I really need a secure yard to run in. I would do best with older kids. Because I am a shy girl, younger kids might make me nervous. I get along with other dogs, including the two 80# foster sisters. I have not been cat tested, but the rescue can do this before a trial just in case. I am currently about 59 pounds and will likely stay medium sized once I am all grown up. I am fully vetted and ready for a new adventure. I love to run and have long legs so I can run fast. Need a running partner, I would love to go with you on your daily/weekly runs.  I had a rough start to life, so I am shy at first. Harleigh is being returned to our rescue for the THIRD time, this time after almost a year and a half. We traced her microchip when we first rescued her and found she'd been in atleast TWO homes prior to us.  She is a WONDERFUL GIRL, just needs a specific type of home for her own comfort.  Harleigh is 6.5 years old and weighs 70lbs.  She is friendly with other animals BUT she does NOT like SHARING A HOME (or her humans) with other pets. She needs to be an ONLY PET.   She would play with multuple other dogs in boarding with no issues, but she did become jealous and growl if she was getting attention and another dog came trying to get in on her time.  Kids. She is kid friendly BUT kids being kids, running around, loud etc... makes her uncomfortable and she wants far away SO bigger or calm children if any are best. Just for her own comfort and sanity.  She's not an old girl by any means, but she much prefers the "retirement home type" living situation.   Harleigh is very chill and extremely loving and well behaved. She doesn't require long walks or anything crazy. She would much rather be at home napping with her humans close by than out playing ball or running a marathon.  She literally just wants a quiet home, a soft bed and a human or two to love.... it can't be that hard to find.... surely someone knows someone, or has parents, or even grandparents who could use a companion with four paws and a huge heart to love! ##981112##
