Friendly Finn is a lucky dog.  You know one of those who was in a really bad shelter that was run by lazy people who didn’t care if any of the dogs got out alive.  He is a handsome and very friendly Border Collie/Pointer mix that is truly a good looking dog who is about 3 years old, fully vetted, 35 pounds and was at the shelter for 2 years.  TRUTH!   How awful that this beautiful soul was there in that dirty place and in the tiny kennel run with another dog. We have not seen Shilo with cats or kids but he can be tested!   Currently Living at:  DC area boarding facility--Shilo needs a foster or forever home!   Shilo is Looking For: my forever home in the DC area! I'd love a family who will take me on long walks and to the dog park to meet friends. I'm really looking forward to learning tricks and cuddling up at the end of a long day. What My Foster Says About Me:  Shilo is a good dog, and has a lot of energy with my dogs. He played appropriately and exhibited potty training. He was polite and took the other dogs cues while playing and wrestling. He also now lives adaycare and plays well with dogs of all sizes and demeanors!
