Story
Hi, I`m Panda! Yep, I got my name because I`m black and white—and because I`m absolutely adorable (or so I`ve been told!).I`m a sweet, bubbly girl with lots of energy and a love for fun. Whether it`s playing, exploring, or just being your goofy sidekick, I`m always ready to make the most of the day.I do have one little quirk... new places and new situations can make me a bit anxious and uneasy at first. I just need a little time to look around, figure things out, and realize everything is okay. Once I feel safe, you`ll see the real me!When my walls come down, I`m a total snuggle bug. I love being close to my people, soaking up affection, and reminding you just how much love can fit into one little pup.I`m looking for a family who will be patient with me, cheer me on as I grow more confident, and spoil me just a little (okay... maybe a lot!). I know there`s so much fun waiting for me out there, and I`d love to experience it all with someone by my side.If you`re looking for a loyal best friend who`s equal parts playful, sweet, and cuddly, I think we might just be the perfect match. I can`t wait to meet you!

Story
Meet Adonis, a sweet, gentle boy who is just waiting for someone to show him how wonderful life can be.Adonis can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once he feels safe, his softer side starts to shine. He loves attention, is very food motivated, and is happiest when he can take things at his own pace. He walks beautifully on leash, enjoys car rides, and has been incredibly patient and tolerant with the people caring for him at the shelter.Adonis has spent much of his life living outdoors, so he’ll be happiest in a home with a secure yard where he can ease into indoor life. His new family should be ready to gently help him learn things like housetraining and crate training while he adjusts to being a beloved house dog.He is dog selective and will need thoughtful, gradual introductions to other dogs. He is not a match for a home with cats or small animals. Older children would be best for Adonis, as his size means he could accidentally knock over little ones.Adonis is heartworm positive and will need to complete his treatment and stay on preventative. His adopters will also receive support from our behaviour team to help him settle in and make introductions at his own pace. This boy may not rush up and ask you to be his best friend right away. He may need a little patience, a little understanding, and someone willing to let trust grow naturally. But underneath that shy exterior is a loving dog who wants a person of his own. Adonis deserves the chance to finally know what it feels like to be home.
